400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit F includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, tasteful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a large and comfy sectional couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV. The inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar providing seating for four. This unit is an ideal escape and landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The location is fabulous- just a short walk to the beach as well as to nightlife in Cocoa Beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat if we needed to. Highly recommend!
