400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit H includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like romantic decor, open concept design, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a wide couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. Stuart was very responsive and helpful! we didn’t have a dustpan and he delivered one right away and we very responsive and helpful to us when we had to leave our previous Airbnb on a rush.

Unit H was upstairs, quiet and nicely appointed for our needs. All the basics were there and the beds were clean and comfy.
The location for the price is unbeatable! We watched the sunrise from the beach every morning and it was really great for us that the unit was dog friendly as the beach just steps away allows dogs for certain hours.
The shared pool area was absolutely lovely. We had very few encounters with any other guests during our stay.
Stuart was friendly and responsive to all communications. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cocoa Beach! The whole week was amazing — beautiful weather, such a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect beach getaway. The place had everything we needed: a great pool, full kitchen, comfortable space, and it was literally just steps from the beach.
One of our favorite parts was how peaceful and not overly crowded the area felt, while still being close to so many fun things to do. There were awesome beach bars and restaurants nearby, and we loved being able to walk around, grab food and drinks, and enjoy the beach town vibe.
Everything about this stay was perfect for an amazing, fun but relaxing vacation, and we will definitely definitely be back again!
