400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

A short flight of stairs leads up to Unit H, where sunlight fills the open-concept living area and plays off romantic decor details throughout. Settle into the wide couch and stream a favorite show on the Smart TV, or post up at the bar-style seating for four while someone else handles dinner. The furniture and appliances are brand new throughout, giving the whole space a fresh, put-together feel.

Sleeping arrangements
Rest easy with two full bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, each offering ample closet space for unpacking properly during your stay. A sofa bed in the living area adds flexible sleeping room for a larger group, making this layout comfortable for up to six guests.

The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners in, complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the cookware and dishware you need to make it happen. The bar-style seating keeps the space social, whether you’re grabbing coffee or gathering everyone for a meal.

Beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided to make the short walk to the sand that much easier.
