400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. Great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach
Great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. The location and privacy was beautiful and great for the cost. We were happy to have tons of close food options, steps away from the beach, and the shared private pool was absolutely perfect. Our host was so kind and very quick to respond with any questions we had. We also loved the free washer and dryer and the laundry space was very well kept and clean. Thank you for the great stay!
