400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. The heated saltwater pool is right outside your back door, and the beach is literally across the street. Guests consistently praise this newly remodeled unit for its spotless condition, well-stocked kitchen and beach gear, and unbeatable location that puts downtown restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The private patio with outdoor shower becomes a favorite hangout spot, and the host earns high marks for responsiveness and local recommendations. Fair warning: if you're on the ground floor, you may hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but most guests say they're too busy enjoying the beach and pool to mind.

This is a great location if you want to be near the beach
This is a great location if you want to be near the beach. It was convenient to walk out our door, cross the street and be on the beach within minutes. The pool was a nice option too. Restaurants within walking distance. This is a ground floor unit so there is some noise if guests are staying above. That said, we still enjoyed the ground level and the patio by the pool is a plus. The host was very responsive. I would stay again.
