400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. Great location. It is a bit loud when others are walking around above but its not too bad in less your a light sleeper. Honestly its to be expected in this type of unit. We enjoyed the outside and slept great at night. Showers out side is great addition!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a great location, just across the street from the ocean. The kid especially enjoyed having the pool right in the courtyard.
