400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. This ground-floor unit opens directly onto a heated saltwater pool through a private, fenced patio, a setup families with young children particularly love for the safety and convenience. The beach is literally across the street, downtown Cocoa Beach is an easy walk, and guests consistently praise how well-stocked the unit is with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and thoughtful touches that make settling in effortless. The only real trade-off is noise from upstairs neighbors, which several guests mention, though most say the location and amenities more than make up for it.
