Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit G includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. The Airbnb and pool were both spotless, and Stuart was an amazing host who constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We had such a great stay. The space was sparkling clean, the location was great- a stone’s throw to the beach and right around the corner from all-things-Cocoa-Beach. We highly recommend it!!
