400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit G includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. We had such a great stay. The space was sparkling clean, the location was great- a stone’s throw to the beach and right around the corner from all-things-Cocoa-Beach. We highly recommend it!!
