400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit G includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. The place was just as pictured. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. The location was great with beach a quick walk across the street which is why we booked this place. The only issue we had was parking was a bit of a challenge as there were more cars than spots a few days but we just double parked and made due. Overall great stay!
This is an EXCELLENT location for many activities
This is an EXCELLENT location for many activities. So close, just steps to the beach access with a crosswalk. The beach is peaceful, not in the commercial area. Great for both couples and families. It is a very easy, few blocks walk to many restaurants and shops. We only had a 40 minute or less drive to Kennedy Space Center. Also Cape Canaveral is less than 20 minutes and there are great restaurants there and you can watch the cruise ships depart.
The kitchen in the condo is outfitted with just what you need if you would like to cook meals in. We enjoyed our time here!
