400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit D includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like modern futnirture, chic chromatic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a loveseat and couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the pristine kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar providing seating for four. I loved the lil room but we had maintenance in 3 times in a week for issues the pool are had tons of stuff laying around all the time.. the side sitting are that goes around the building could definitely be cleaned.. the staff was nice when I called and helpful.. I hate the 20 he for early check in literally paid for 2 hours early 10 till 2 had to stand in the heat for the time to wait for door that’s ridiculous.. .. it’s a cute place but could definitely use some minor upgrades.. also booking. Needs tell u in websites about the deposit
