Awesome place! We rented out all 8 units for a baseball tournament in Viera over the July 4th week and it was a huge success! It was a great option to be able stay with the other team families and share the pool area amenities and beach access while still having your own space with 2 bedrooms and kitchen/bath. Each unit was uniquely decorated and very clean/modern. Plenty of parking… It was also walking distance to bars and restaurants in Cocoa Beach and an easy drive to the USSSA baseball complex. We also caught two SpaceX launches from the beach… public beach access is directly across the street.

Wow. We have been coming to Florida for years and this is by far the best location/stay we’ve had so far. The units were amazing. They were clean and easily accessible. If we had any issues, they were quickly responded to and resolved.
