Sleeping arrangements
Across the 8 units you’ll find 16 bedrooms and 17 beds total, with enough room to comfortably sleep 16+ guests. Each bedroom is fitted with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for easy rest after a full day in the sun. Closets are available for clothing storage, and a pack ‘n play is on hand for the smallest member of the group.

Living space
Inside, tasteful decor and modern furnishings carry through each of the 8 units, giving every space a bright, cheerful feel. A TV is included for downtime, and a dedicated workspace means you can step away to handle a few emails without losing your spot by the water. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter the forecast.

Kitchen & dining
Every unit comes with its own fully equipped kitchen, so home-cooked meals are easy any night you’d rather not go out. You’ll have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware for the whole table. Coffee is provided too, so mornings can start right on your own private balcony.

Outdoor space
Each unit opens onto a patio or balcony, and the property includes a private backyard for spreading out. Beach essentials – towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – are ready to grab on your way out the door, and a gas BBQ grill is on hand for a low-key dinner at home. A shared outdoor pool stays open all year, around the clock, and heated for year-round swimming.

Parking & extras
Free parking is available on the premises, with free street parking nearby, plus an EV charger for guests who need to top off a charge during their stay. A washer and dryer keep towels and linens fresh throughout your visit, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple at any hour. Pets allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
