400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit E includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. The apartment was a wonder place to stay, close to the beach, though a little different path to get there than the post implies, but still less than a 5 minute walk to the water. Stuart was a wonderful host as well. As we had some AC issues and he was so quick to respond and find amicable solutions to the problem, until the temp was brought down. The maintenance team were wonderful as well.
