This place was amazing!!! The views and quiet beach alone are worth it! The place is very clean and perfectly described. Brooke was quite attentive in everything leading up to our stay. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous house and easy beach access. It’s a very short walking distance to Cocoa Beach restaurants but also very private. I could sit in the living room and on the porch all day and watch the waves.
We rented this place to watch the Nancy Grace Roman telescope launch and it was perfect for that purpose. Skip the 2am wake-up call to drive to Kennedy Space Center and wake up at 7:15 for a 7:30am launch and just meander over to the beach!
We greatly appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, inflatable water toys, and bogey boards, as well!
I’m already day dreaming about coming back!

pros: perfect location! Right on the beach and direct access to all downtown restaurants and coffee shop. We would literally grab a bite at The Salty Bagel and walk directly to the beach for our mornings. Spacious house. Lots of amenities.
