Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom has a king bed, and the guest room offers a queen – comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage are all included, so you can settle in without packing light.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking – refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. Wine glasses, a blender, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils round out the setup. A dining table gives you a proper place to sit down for meals. Coffee is provided to start your mornings right.
 
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water. Towels and toilet paper are provided.
 
Outdoor & building amenities
Step outside to a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture – a natural spot for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The community pool is available for leisurely afternoons in the sun. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, a fire pit, and beach essentials – including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – are all part of the package. An EV charger is on the property, and free parking for 2 vehicles is included.
