The cape crossing complex is well maintained, gorgeously appointed, and the management company is responsive and helpful. The proximity is convenient to both local beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.
The stateroom elite on the fourth floor is beautiful and could be perfect with a couple minor tweaks and more thorough cleaning.

We had a great stay, the property was just what we needed for a mixed group visiting for a wedding. Location was great and we even managed to see a satellite launch, and the Cocoa beach art festival was also on during our stay which was nice to see. The pictures don’t do the property justice, I didn’t even realise there was a pool when we booked, which we didn’t get a chance to use but is a great addition. The Tiki hut is a great place to socialise and we had Thanks giving dinner out there. As the property is new, there are a few things I’m sure will be added in time, like wifi details would be good to have on display for when guests arrive, but these were easy to get from the host via a message. The property was great value for money and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was super close to the beach, and we were also able to walk to shops and restaurants that were close by. It was also private enough that it was quiet at night and very peaceful. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We really enjoyed the surfboard and ukulele–they were a nice touch. Check in and check out instructions were super clear and there was a binder with recommendations as well as a fun guestbook to sign!
