This place is fantastic! I came down to cocoa beach and stayed at a home a few days before coming to this condo and realized my elderly parents were struggling coming and going to the beach. They wanted to stay a few days more and I found this condo available and it was a total game changer for our trip. The place was clean, nice, had all the beach stuff we needed, private beach access, pool, and a hot tub! The beach gear and wagon all came in handy for me and my family. My parents were able to come out enjoy some sun for a little bit and scurry back to the room to rest while me and my kids boogie boarded. I would defiantly stay at this condo again! This host is also great and would respond within mins if I had any questions.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. From the beautifully decorated, updated, clean and comfortable accommodations to the gorgeous beach we walked every morning to the once-in-a-lifetime experience (for us, anyway…lol) of seeing the incredible rocket launches. We were in absolute Heaven! This was most definitely one of our favorite vacations and we hope we can make it a regular stop…..just absolutely wonderful. Thank you so very much for your hospitality Brooke!!! <3

My daughter and I had a great stay ,we enjoyed the beach very much and it was so close by , great accomodations and nice pool, grocery stores and restaurants were also close by , The place was just as in the pictures very great host always checking in ,I would do it all over again.

The place was awesome! Quick walk to the beach and never really used our car while down there. House had a lot of decorations that were space themed which I thought was really cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
