Excellent host and warm, charming apartment close to many nice restaurants and of course, the beach! Easy to park and also private. Nice place to take walks and jogs from and easy to access the beach just down the street a short stroll. The pier is very close by but far enough not to detract from your privacy and peace.

Perfect place for a week getaway with my husband and kids. There’s lots to do around the area and it’s only a 15-20 min drive to the base in Port Canaveral. The beach was beautiful and the people were wonderful. Highly recommend the Golf N Gator and the Cocoa Beach Aerial Adventures if you’re traveling with the kids. There’s plenty of great restaurants in the area like the Rikki Tiki Tavern on the Cocoa Beach Pier where you can have a great view of the beach as well as watching a rocket launch if you’re lucky! I hope to visit again knowing Stuart is such a great host!!

Positive:
Great place! It was quiet, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The family loved it, we saw eagles and dolphins from the balcony! Truly something out of a storybook.
Negative:
Things close by close a bit earlier than we were used to, so be sure to get food or snacks for later nights.

We are pretty picky about where we stay and do a lot of research beforehand. This is our favorite rental to date! Our family of 7 stayed during Christmas for a week. Home had plenty of room for all of us. Very cozy/welcoming and clean,. Rental exactly as pictured and stocked with everything you need. The tiki bar is beyond awesome. The canal, pool, bar and landscaping provide a perfect atmosphere/island vibe. Neighbors are close by but the landscaping provides privacy so you would not know it. Close to anything you want to do— beach, shopping, restaurants. Host is extremely responsive. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful place!!!!

We had a wonderful time at A Space aWAVE, it was truly our home away from home. We loved the many great ideas in the house: the game room/garage (esp. the old “Toobin'” game), the kid’s room with the astronaut space projector, the beach equipment etc. Also the many power and USB outlets were very helpful.
The furniture and the decoration is beautiful and tastefully selected, especially the little space themed accents everywhere. The kitchen is so well equipped, it’s just like home. The pool is a true highlight and perfect after a hot day at the beach.
We enjoyed the host’s list of favorite spots, we had dinner at two of them and loved it. We also booked the NASA tickets via their affiliate link and got a reduced price.
Communication with our host was always quick and very friendly.
We saw two SpaceX launches from the pool during our 5 day stay. Amazing! The location is in a quiet neighborhood, about a ten minute stroll to the beach or Ron Jon.
We would come here again!
