We had a great time at Stuart’s place, it was perfect for our family of four. I especially loved the private patio, outdoor shower, the pool, and how close it is to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Stuart was very helpful and accommodating, he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our little getaway just how we imagined it. We’d be happy to come back again!

Awesome place. We rented two rooms for our crew. The hosts were very communicative. Check in was a breeze. And, the place was incredibly clean. You can tell they are well taken care of and the hosts are pros.

This was a very pleasant place to stay in Cocoa Beach. The room was clean and neatly appointed. The location felt private but was still a 15 minute walk from downtown. This is a great room for 1-2 people who are looking to enjoy the beach and the restaurants downtown!

A really lovely home from home! This felt like the owner really cared, and the property is really well managed by Beachside Vacation Rentals. We met the property’s owner, Aaron, and he was incredibly friendly and offered his assistance if we needed it at all (we didn’t, as everything was so straightforward). Brilliant amenities. The only thing I would add (as plenty of room in the garage alongside beach equipment) would maybe be some dumbbells as gym access in the area isn’t that easy for those who like to workout while on vacation. Walking distance to nice coffee shops and restaurants and all the fun of Cocoa Beach. Biggest thing I was impressed by – squatty potties in every bathroom, air filtration plugs, and water filters on the showers. Really well thought out gestures! A brilliant stay, and would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
