Great place for the family vacation this year. The beach was walkable and there was a restaurant close by with live music. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Het appartement was superleuk ingericht! Met 1 minuut lopen bij het strand, fantastisch! Handige buitendouche bij het appartement zodat je je lekker kunt afspoelen na een strandbezoek.

We had an amazing stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. The building itself was a little older, but the unit we stayed in was updated, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family !

Was a nice rental experience. Came as advertised. Channel in the back actually had dolphins and manatees on a regular basis. x2 stand up paddle boards to go for a paddle were awesome. Beach is 10 mins away, Lori Wilson park is a 2 min drive, has bathrooms and park as well as the beach for all the family to enjoy. Pool is not heated was cold at the time of year we went, Dec. Good thing to know if you plan to use it. Ocean was warmer. Pool toys and beach toys available. Our 4 year old had lots to do around the house. Over all a great house and very functional, we stayed 6 people and had lots of room for all, kitchen was fantastic and hosts were very responsive and supportive. Will rent again. Would recommend.

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
