My family had so much fun here that we are planning on coming back to the same location next year. The house is the perfect size for our needs. The pool and hot tub were amazing. What we enjoyed the most was the close walk to the beach every day and bars and restaurants are walkable too. The host provided quick responses to the questions I had and check in and check out were extremely easy. We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach!

Wonderful place to stay – sitting on the balcony & listening to the waves was exactly what I was looking for on this trip! The beach, restaurants, grocery store & pier were all within walking distance – very easy access to all.
The host was very responsive & instructions were clear. I appreciated the check in/out messages the day of because then they were right up front & I didn’t have to go looking for anything.
