We were in Cocoa Beach for a family reunion and needed a place to stay near other events. This was a great spot. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. My favorite was morning coffee on the screened-in porch listening to the birds! Closed out most of our days in the same spot enjoying the cooler evening breeze, this outdoor space is a definite benefit in your stay!
The beach, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and multiple restaurants are a short walk away! A 2 short block walk puts you in the sand and ocean waves. The beach amenities provided are wonderful! A cooler, chairs, toys, and an actual surfboard (we did not attempt this 😉 were all provided. It is a great location to access other essentials, we found everything we needed for our week nearby.
Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided all the needed information before our stay. Everyone we had contact with was accommodating and polite and definitely made our stay a better experience!

The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. The home was beautiful and the location was great. We loved sitting outside by the pool and seeing dolphins swim by in the evenings and enjoyed kayaking in the mornings. The beach is probably walkable but we chose to drive with small children. We would absolutely come here again.
