Positive:
We came to Merritt island to visit the Kennedy space centre and the wildlife refuge, this was a great location for both. What i didn’t expect to see were dolphins breaching in the river as I sat on the balcony in the morning having a coffee and contemplating the day ahead.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. We had a large group and was able to accommodate. We even got to see space x launch nearby. They had plenty of appliances and everything you need to be comfortable. The house came well stocked. There is also lots of restaurants and Starbucks target nearby. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and near waters. It’s also conveniently located near the highway.

Brooke was a fantastic host—super responsive with clear, helpful instructions. Everything went perfectly smooth, and we couldn’t have asked for an easier, more enjoyable stay! The place was spotless, had everything we needed, and was right across from beach access. It was even nicer than we expected—truly the perfect spot in Cocoa Beach!

My bf and I recently stayed here while on vacation. Check in/out was an easy process. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The Airbnb itself was spotless and had everything mentioned in the description, including looking exactly like the photos. My favorite part is how walkable the area is! Literally a few blocks from the beach and some fun bars! Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again in the future.
