Perfect family or group accommodation in Cocoa beach. We’ve been coming to the area for years to see family and hoping for a similar family feeling property and this has surpassed my wish list. It’s exceptionally well equipped. All the usuals plus kids games, kayaks, paddle boards, inflatables, sun cream, dvds, smart tv, chess set, good WiFi, big bedrooms, comfy beds and huge sofa. Such a lovely feel to it. My girls especially loved the hammock.

Communication from the host was great and immediately responsive.
1 hour from Disney and 25 mins from Kennedy Space Centre. Minutes away from Ron Jon. We’d recommend Coconuts on the beach for food- about 5 mins drive away.

I came to Cocoa Beach to surf. The 5 days I was there I was unable to surf due to Hurricane Rafael. Double red flags on the beach all 5 days. We came the first week of November 2024. The place is awesome and even comes with a longboard to surf with as well as a tandem bike. We ended up chilling on the beach, checking out the pier, walking to Ron Jon Surf shop (the biggest surf shop I have ever seen), visiting historic Cocoa village, exploring Lori Wilson park with the tandem bike and cooking in the unit’s well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately I was not able to surf this trip but I did get a long board skateboard from Ron Jon that is pretty awesome. We did plan on hiking Ocala forest but it was closed due to Hurricane Milton. Their projected opening date was not for another two months.
