We absolutely loved this place. We only stayed 3 nights but we all wanted to stay longer! Great location and beautifully decorated with updated fixtures and appliances. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the place. Would recommend for anyone!

Loved the place. We stayed for a week with six adults and never felt cramped. Kept our boat at the dock all week with no complications. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and plenty of poolside amenities. Had an issue with our fan the first day and it was fixed the following day while we were offshore. Great place, we’ll be back

This was perfect for our group of 7, then 8 people on the last night. It was clean, comfortable, had all the necessities so we could cook our meals and had plenty often towels for the home and for the beach. Highly recommend!!

Clean, spacious, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. All check in and check out info was thru technology – my husband is not so techy- a binder with info ( places to eat, shop, tour, etc in binder also) would be helpful for those that are not as great with technology. I was fine with it. Took a bit to figure out thermostat- we were there during the Florida cold freeze A nice young man on duty in the lobby brought us more towels, but everything else we needed was plentiful. ( toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap) The building was secure, safe,garage parking. If in the area again for ballgames at the Space Coast Complex, I would consider staying there

Studio was perfect! If I had a request, I would ask for a plug or extension cord on left side of bed to charge phone. Other than that everything was fantastic! Very Clean!!! And quiet at night. Will be back.

Positive: Very easy check in and out. The room was very clean and the location was great. Negative: It would have been nice if there had been outlets for charging phones near the bed. The room was really bright at night due to the entry door being frosted glass.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
