We absolutely loved the location, with the ability to walk to town and right across from beach access. The shared pool and bbq were very nice and well maintained. Street noise was never an issue, even on our end unit.

Beachside Vacation Rentals did absolutely great with the home away from home. Host is amazing. The apartment is a very short walk to the beach. Literally right across the street. Beach chairs and towels and umbrellas were also available so it was grab and go to the beach and relax. Made the stay very comfortable.

Place was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the photos. The pool outback was well maintained and the grills made cooking very easy. Being right next to the beach access made it incredibly easy to get to the water and downtown was within a very walkable distance.

Perfect home base for a Kennedy Space Center family trip! We stayed with our two kids and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything you need for a Space Coast vacation is right nearby — KSC, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and great dining options are all within easy reach. What made our stay truly memorable was waking up each morning to peacocks calling outside — the kids absolutely loved it and it gave our trip a fun, uniquely Florida feel that you just can’t plan for! The property itself was comfortable and had everything we needed after long days at Kennedy Space Center. Coming back to a relaxing, well-located stay made the whole trip so much smoother with young kids. If you’re planning a KSC visit with family, this is the place to stay. Fantastic experience all around — we’d book again in a heartbeat!

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
