Great location with a very short walk to the beach, a quite a few local restaurants, and close to a grocery store. It was so nice that they provide beach necessities. Slightly more worn than the photos, but nothing to really complain about. Definitely worth the reasonable price.

Our stay was AMAZING. The host was soooo helpful. The early check in and late check out option were a fantastic addition. The apartment was phenomenal and so cute. It had amazing views and just a very short walk to beach access. The hosts were unbelievably helpful and continuously making sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. We would definitely book again, and we also recommend staying here!

This little place near the beach was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was so modern & well thought out . It was definitely 4 star . I loved the seafoam green retro fridge & toaster . Only a short walk from the beach & restaurants made it a perfect getaway:)

Unit H was upstairs, quiet and nicely appointed for our needs. All the basics were there and the beds were clean and comfy. The location for the price is unbeatable! We watched the sunrise from the beach every morning and it was really great for us that the unit was dog friendly as the beach just steps away allows dogs for certain hours. The shared pool area was absolutely lovely. We had very few encounters with any other guests during our stay. Stuart was friendly and responsive to all communications. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay.

Beautiful home and spacious!! Clean and clutter free as well. The pool was awesome and was surprisingly deep. Love the split floor plan. Great for family’s would 100% stay here again!

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
