We were so happy we chose to stay here after our hotel reservations fell through. It truly felt like it was meant to be. The space was very nice and felt very private. We enjoyed the warm pool and beach access was so close it felt like having our own private beach. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Cocoa Beach.

Our a/c was not working for a day and our home was upgraded which was unexpected. The house was spacious and more than enough. Thank you for being so good to my family. Will definitely be renting from Beachside Vacation Rentals again.

Fortebello was very responsive with the small issue that we did have and offered immediate fixes. The place was very clean. The only thing was that the bunk room did not have a fan in it, but it was cold in Florida so the girls didn’t get too hot. Everything was great and we enjoyed the stay.

For this to be a last minute, short trip it was great. It had all we needed for our stay. Everything was clean except for the coffee maker, which still had old coffee in it and the occasional spiders and flies we encountered around the place. This was everything we needed it to be for a little getaway 🙂

We rented for a little family getaway, had a great time. When checking in we were just confused we’re to park but got that issue solved, the AC wasn’t cooling the first six hours of checking in, and they went above and beyond to make sure they got the issue solve, since we had two kids. We got that fixed and had no other issues after that. Perfect location and walkable to the beach, our family loved it.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
