This was a great place to stay especially with me and my familys last minute decision due to another airbnb fall out so we had to find something quick because we drove 18 hrs from home and needed a place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet area even though the highway is in the back you dont even hear it inside the home. Host is very communicative, they even reached back out to me at midnight when i messaged. There were plenty of beds to accommodate us we had 9 people and everybody fit comfortably. My family had a wonderful stay! We loved all the modern amenities and the outdoor space. The house has amazing views of the water, and we especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit each night. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated how well organized all the closets were. The kitchen is gorgeous—there’s a huge island, plenty of refrigerator and freezer space, an ice maker, and drink refrigeration as well. It’s very well appointed with high-end appliances and everything you could possibly need. All of the furnishings and décor are beautifully done—so comfortable and perfectly suited to the space. We also loved the different layers of lighting throughout the house, which create such a warm and inviting ambiance. Brooke was super responsive and easy to communicate with, which we appreciated very much. Experiencing the modern aesthetic was a lot of fun and made the stay feel like a true getaway. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to come back again!

Outstanding rental! Terrific location with the beach, grocery store and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very accommodating and very communicative as well as super nice. Will definitely rent here again, if we can find dates to secure it. Great place!

We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved this space and the local area. Accommodation was clean, very comfy beds, beach stuff available to use, welcome pack too. The area is great and we tried some of the recommendations left for us. We really liked The Tiny Turtle, Cafe Surfinista and Coconuts on the Beach. If we found ourselves back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay here again.
