The condo was very spacious and I loved the old with the new furnishings decorative vibe to it. The view was awesome and enjoyed watching the wildlife of the different birds and it was a plus watching the planes and no the planes were not a noise distraction. I was very pleased with how quickly our host JJ responded to questions I needed answered. I definitely did not want to leave.

David was very respectful and responsive throughout my stay. The place was clean and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. The only challenges I experienced were related to noise and the bathroom setup. I wasn’t aware the unit was located beneath another space, (I believe my own fault for not paying attention to detail) and I could hear quite a bit of foot traffic from upstairs. Additionally, I’d gently suggest adding a door or barrier to the shower, as water tended to soak the bathroom floor during use, and I had to use towels to dry everything to protect the wood.
Overall, I appreciated the stay and David’s attentiveness, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests. I would stay here again, perhaps in another unit! Thank you David.

Me and my friends absolutely enjoyed our stay! The rooms were super clean when we arrived and the layout of the property was very nice. Every now and then people would be by to clean the pool, check the grill, etc. We spent most of the time by the pool and even met a few others staying in different Airbnbs within the complex. When we did go to the beach it was right across the street and a few restaurants were just a further walk down the street. We used the grill a couple nights, and other than for there being limited lighting outside, it was a great experience. The kitchen came stocked with dishware and the rooms came with both bath and beach towels. Checkout was also super smooth as we were given instructions the day before. Would definitely return to this place and recommend to others!
