This rental was perfect for a girls getaway for my teen daughter, her friend, and myself. The place was adorable and had everything we needed. We were provided very clear instructions prior to our arrival that made finding the location and getting checked in super easy. It is a straight walk to the beach, only about a block and a half or so away, and just a few more blocks to the pier. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. There is so much to do and all within walking or short driving distance. This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and definitely won’t be our last. I can’t wait to come back with the rest of the family for some more fun and to share the experience.

The house and location were perfect.
We loved the canal and deck.
The TV in the bedroom on the right side of the house did not work.
There were two selectors on the coffee table but one did not work, no big deal though.
The kitchen was perfect and beautiful.
We would def stay again, maybe in near guture

Our party of 4 had a delightful stay! PERFECT LOCATION – almost ocean front but without the price tag! Steps to the beach and easy to walk back to unit to use the bathroom, have lunch etc. No dragging coolers and hoping to find a public restroom or portapotty. Front door had a keypad so everyone could come and go as they pleased, without a key. This part of the beach had less people, so plenty of choice on where to set up for the day yet Coconuts and the busier areas of the beach were a short walk away. Several evenings we walked down to the fun restaurants, live music, bars, etc. Did a lot of cooking and didn’t find anything the kitchen was missing. Spent every evening on the upstairs balcony, mornings on the covered front porch, and some time on the back covered porch. LOVED how much space there was for our own stuff. Large closets and extra carts in the bath for make-up etc., wooden bowl to keep car keys, wallets, etc. all in one spot. Thankful for beach chairs and umbrella

Great place to stay! Is as advertised in the pictures. Looked great and has a very convenient location that is very close to the beach and close to many restaurants and things to do in Cocoa Beach (much within walking distance if you’re up for a bit of a walk but also is a very short car ride away). Beachside VR was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
