Positive:
Great place! It was quiet, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The family loved it, we saw eagles and dolphins from the balcony! Truly something out of a storybook.
Negative:
Things close by close a bit earlier than we were used to, so be sure to get food or snacks for later nights.

We had a mixed experience at this Cocoa Beach condo. The owner/host was fantastic—friendly, super responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. However, the unit itself did not match the photos advertised, which depicted a fresh, newly remodeled space. In reality, there were noticeable issues, including damaged furniture (patches torn from the couch, a chair with bent legs, and another with a spring sticking out that made it unusable and the coffee table – looking new in the photos – was terribly damaged). Additionally, the towel / wash cloth / bath mat supply was limited for four adults staying five nights. We ended up having to use pool towels for showers. Noise was also a major drawback, as there was no sound control, and the upstairs neighbors were frequently loud – one night until 2 a.m. – stomping and seemingly dragging furniture around(?) While we appreciated the great hospitality, the condition of the unit and noise levels made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Great place!!! They literally thought of everything! Kitchen full of amenities! Chargers everywhere (built into furniture in rooms), nightlights, bathroom fully stocked with swabs, cotton balls, etc. House was extremely clean! Kids loved the games in the garage. Backyard was private and pool was lovely! Relaxing enclosed porch with desk and couch to work or read. Decor was great as well!
