Stuart was an excellent host! Answered all my random questions throughout my stay! The location was great – so close to the quiet beach – no noise issues with neighbors, great patio w bbq and pool and outdoor shower! we loved the space theme art so much – my 10-year-old chose the place bc of the cool murals. There was an EV charger which was a pleasant surprise! The feedback I would offer is that cotton sheets seem like a given to me and I almost went and bought some at Target bc the polyester sheets were awful – many people might not care but oof. The kitchen had a great selection of dried spices and all the stuff one would need to make a full dinner – we did not however, bc we didn’t want to use non-stick pans and plastic cooking utensils – again a personal preference. The photos definitely made it look bigger than it is, and the coffee table and couch need replacing ie: it has seen some use since the photos were taken, but overall we loved it and would definitely recommend Stuart!

Duplex was super clean and had everything we needed for cooking and was happy they had a nice blender for making our smoothies!! We were just a short walk to the beach, neighborhood was quiet. The beach was super nice and not over crowded at all and even had community box for sand toys left over from people that forget toys. My kids enjoyed that! The duplex felt very large and was just over 1000 sq feet. We made popcorn on the stove and had moving night with popcorn bowls and plenty of serving trays for kids. It also had a high chair which was nice for my youngest. Laundry room was a bonus and the outdoor hose to wash off so we could leave our shoes outside or at the door to not track sand all over. I give this mini vacation 10/10 and we are from the other coast in Sarasota. We visited the space center which was why we stayed here and was a short and easy 23 mins away! Duplex was decorated so nicely! If I had to give one critique I would have chosen a more comfy larger couch for guests

Positive:
Upon entry to the building it smelled fresh and clean. Apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 8. Well appointed. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Could stay long term without bringing anything other than food.
Negative:
There was an issue with the bed in the first front bedroom.
