Definitely loved our stay and would not hesitate to go back. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Especially grateful for the Keurig and coffee pot options, along with the beach towels. The condo was surprisingly quiet. We had conversations with some of the permanent residents, they were extremely welcoming, helpful, and nice. Highly recommend.

Our stay was cut short due to flight cancellations and Beachside Vacation Rentals was very accommodating. You are right on the beach and although the weather wasn’t the best we had one day of sunshine and walked the beach. House was clean and super cute. Minutes away from anything you need. Would love to stay again next time we are in cocoa beach! 🏝️

The Juni is one of a kind and truly a hidden gem on Florida’s space coast. Just steps from the beach, the location was perfect for hangin on the beach and catching some waves. They have everything you need: beach carts, towels, chairs, games, etc. I was digging the vibes the moment we pulled up and checked into our “RC” room. The unit itself was super clean with a nice little kitchen and comfy beds. I had to get some work done too and the Wi-Fi was impeccable. After the beach, we cleaned off in the outdoor shower and hopped in the pool with a couple cold brews, great way to end the day! Will definitely be back!
