My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed for a few days after visiting family and friends around Florida. We were hoping to see a rocket launch but the launches were rescheduled and we did not see any unfortunately.
Nonetheless we had an amazing time and this location was perfect. The accommodation was just the right size and was spotlessly clean. There were many upgrades that are often lacking in rentals.
The beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets/bathroom combo was very convenient. It felt homely and was very quiet.
The neighborhood is quiet but interesting. A pair of peacocks wandered the streets!
We quickly found our “local” restaurant, the Sassy Spoon, even though there are many places to eat and drink within a few minutes drive.
A very short walk to the beach made sunrise and sunset walks possible. We walked to the corner shop and “our” restaurant.
I could happily live in this accommodation!
We will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Wir waren zu 2. für 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft.
Die Lage ist ruhig und direkt davor sind auch entsprechend Parkplätze.
Keine 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
Die Ausstattung stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein.
Somit können wir diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würden diese auch wieder erneut buchen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Brooke’s place in Cocoa Beach! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Brooke was a fantastic host — super responsive and attentive to all our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Positive:
Wir hatten eine Wohneinheit für 6 Personen. Es gab viel Platz und die Einrichtung der Zimmer war sehr schön. Vom Bakon konnten wir auf den Fluß sehen und sogar Delphine beobachten. Super Ausgangslage für ein Besuch im Kennedy Space Center. Auf dem Gelände gibt es auch ein Restaurant in dem wir abends gut essen waren.
