Great place. Beautiful inside and very peaceful. Fun watching planes land next door. Easy to drive to beaches and restaurants. JJ very responsive. Super clean and everything we needed for our stay.

I took 2 of my grown daughters and 8 of my grandchildren ranging in ages from 16 down to 12. We had an amazing time. Beach access just down the road a piece. Plenty of restaurants close by, a Walmart and Publix’s near by as well. The house is amazing . Large rooms, plenty of sleeping accommodation. The master suite takes up half of the bottom floor. Plenty of parking. Would recommend to any large group. We will try to rent this location again when we head back down south.

Great place to stay! Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Location is a very quick walk to the beach and walkable to local restaurants. Space had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely few days at the beach with our kids, preparing our daughter for college check-in. The home is large and can accommodate a big group. There are plenty of towels for the beach and chairs to sit and relax on a gorgeous private blue water ocean right outside the door. If you are traveling with younger kids, there’s a bonus game room to keep them occupied and plenty of TVs to sit back and relax on rainy days. There were two separate TV rooms and an extra kitchen area for extra groceries and drinks. We stayed in the lower-level unit. It was a peaceful five days. Thank you for hosting our family.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
