Everything about Breachside was easy. Location was a block off the beach. The place was perfect for a beach vacation, from outdoor shower to rinse off with to beach chairs and a 8’ foam surfboard to ride.

I would totally recommend staying here! Great location on canal and only a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) from a public beach. The pool, screened-in porch, and tiki bar were wonderful for hanging out ! Only thing was the cleaning fee seemed a bit steep. But the place was spotless !

My family stayed here for two nights celebrating my birthday in Cocoa Beach. It has easy and secluded beach access, (literally walk over some dunes and you’re on the beach) and it’s near everything worth seeing. Accommodations are very comfortable and clean and the host is very responsive to messages. We usually rent a place on the east coast to surf and boogie board a few times a year and this was among our favorite rentals. My wife and son already asked if we can stay in this one again. The location for us was phenomenal. Five stars all the way.

Easy to find. We rented the whole house for 8 people we all had our own space and bathrooms, that’s was really nice. Plenty of parking for our vehicles. The big open kitchen/ living room was great for gathering as well as the outdoor space. The place was clean and well stocked with essential items. Met the pool boy, he’s pretty cool. And the house keepers are very nice and fast. Would stay here again if I need a place out that way again.

All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
