Everything was great. I would be remiss to mention that when I asked for early check in I was met with ai generated response indicating a fee for that. Air Bnb says all fees must be posted upfront under the rules so hopefully the host corrects that going forward. The host waved the fee and accommodated the early check in

Decor was contemporary and appropriate for the location. We loved our stay. Several restaurants we wanted to try were at a walkable distance. We drove to the pier and to see a rocket launch on one day but enjoyed another very early morning rocket launch from the beach a few steps from our home. You can see the water from 2 windows but need to walk about 200 or 300 step to the beach if you want to sit and watch the ocean.

We loved our stay at Stuart’s place! He communicated well. The place looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean! The location was perfect for our family. We loved being directly across the street from beach access and walking distance to an awesome little coffee shop (Foxtail Coffee). It was also an approximately 15 minute drive to the cruise port, which was ideal. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future. 🙂

We stayed here for a week and overall had a great time and the house quickly felt like home. This house is walking distance to the ocean and a quick drive to downtown cocoa beach. The outdoor spaces were very relaxing. The front porch swing and the swinging chairs on the tiki hut were awesome. Linens were clean and ample towels were provided. AC and heat work well, but the thermostat automatically resets to 80 at least 1-2 times per day, so you’ll need to keep on eye on that if you want the AC on. The hot water only lasted for 12.5 minutes per shower, but that was fine for us. Overall we had a great time!

Alojamiento increíble. La casa está genial, es un auténtico paraíso y un lujazo poder navegar por Banana River con los kayaks del alojamiento. Delfines, garzas, manatíes y un entorno precioso.
La ubicación también inmejorable. Está a media hora del Kennedy Space Center, a una hora de DisneyWorld.
