What a fantastic place to stay! Perfect location! Recently remodeled with fantastic tile work. The pictures on the listing are extremely accurate. The beach across the street is a few minutes walk. They have beach chairs for use as well. Try out the new pool/patio! We had a private heated shower outside to rinse off and dine alfresco. Nice 4K smart TV, great internet, well stocked new kitchen (again, unit was brand new remodel), comfortable beds and different options for firm or soft pillows. Downtown Cocoa beach is a short walk. My personal favorites: Foxtail Coffee – Best espresso I have had in YEARS! The Dunes – Extremely cool “modern beach cocktail” joint. They also serve delicious food from 321 Eats next door. And finally, 4th Street Filling Station – befriend the bartenders. They will make you wonderful drinks. The food? Delicious everytime! Our first stay in Cocoa Beach/Space Coast was spectacular! Stay here for just a tad more than a 3 ⭐ hotel up the road! It’s a no brainer!

We had an amazing stay. The place was exactly as shown and it was a great place for our family. The pool was maintained beautifully and was a lot of fun for our daughter. The beach was right there so we could have the best of both worlds! We were close to lots of restaurants and things to do. The responsiveness when we had questions was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stuart was extremely responsive and welcoming. We booked this trip suuuper last minute, and it was so worth it. Firstly, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything, but we mostly ate out bc there were wonderful restaurants nearby (you can refer to the binder where Stuart even left recommendations). The unit was super easy to find, and the beach is literally across the street. Super happy with this location, and definitely coming back!

The house was fantastic. Awesome location steps from the beach. Kitchen well stocked- had everything we needed for 4 days of cooking. All appliances work great. Even had a hand mixer and Ninja blender. Plenty of towels and linens. Lovely aesthetic. Clean, stylish and cozy. Felt like home! Look out for the peacocks roaming the streets 🙂
