Positive: Very easy check in and out. The room was very clean and the location was great. Negative: It would have been nice if there had been outlets for charging phones near the bed. The room was really bright at night due to the entry door being frosted glass.

Our stay was not only enjoyable and easily accessible once we arrived, but the host was so fast to respond which is something I appreciate very much when traveling somewhere new. The host was so friendly and helpful! The home is clean, cozy and beach access steps away or nearby beach parks within .05-2 miles of the home if you need facilities. Definitely will stay here again if we are in Satellite Beach area!

We stayed at Stuart’s place for one short night and highly recommend this rental. Check-in was easy, the space was beautifully decorated, and we found everything we needed. Stuart was also a very helpful and responsive host, and he was quick to answer all of our questions. We hope to stay at Stuart’s lovely spot again next time we’re in the area for a launch or a beach weekend. Thank you, Stuart!

This Airbnb was perfect for our family of four. The host was very responsive the proximity to the beach a gym plus the pool is added extra very close to the very yummy restaurants downtown Cocoa Beach.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
