Our family/friends of 8 had a fantastic time! Home was well equipped and very spacious. Was a little too chilly for the pool but it was nice to look at. Our last day a manatee came to visit in the canal! We had a little issue with trash removal but host was quick with responses to come up with a solution! We will 100% stay again if we ever come back to stay in the Cocoa area!!

From arrival to departure, it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect for what we wanted, which was a day at the beach and the next day we went rented a boat, which was literally right in front of the condo. The building itself was immaculate, and the apartment had high-end finishes, so clean and have everything we needed. The only negative is that we only spent one day there but we are looking forward to coming back for longer stays. We travel frequently to Viera USSA space Coast for my son’s baseball tournaments. This unit is 20 minutes away and is the perfect location for our future stays. 😊😉
