The house was as advertised. Squeaky clean throughout and everything is new. Plenty of linens, towels, cleaning and bath products. A well-equipped kitchen. Just bring some groceries and drinks and you can walk right in and be comfortable Two nice outdoor areas: a large fenced area for the dog and a covered, lighted party area with dining table and chairs. Close to grocery and restaurants and a traffic-free drive over the causeway to the beach. Neighbors are far enough away or separated by vegetation that you don’t really see or hear them. On a dead end street, so almost no traffic. However, the house is only a couple hundred feet from the train tracks with trains running every hour or so throughout the day and night. Not super loud but you definitely hear them. We had a very nice stay.

I’m an avid Air BnB’er and I have to say this by far was my favorite rental over the years! It was clean and cozy! All the beds were extremely comfortable. It was very inviting and had all the amenities plus some you wouldn’t begin to think of like beach loungers and boogie boards for renter use. The beach access was amazingly close and easy to use. The patio area and furniture were also very comfortable with an amazing view! Communication was on point and the hosts check in regularly to make sure everything is well and you don’t need anything. This is now my go to beach rental in Cocoa from here on out! Thank y’all again!!
