We had a great stay, the house was gorgeous and in a great location where restraints, bars, beach, etc were all accessible within a 10 minute walk! We loved fishing in the pond in front of the house on the rainy days of our stay as well. Very responsive with communication and helpful!

we had the most wonderful experience. the apartment was absolutely charming tastefully decorated and created a cozy and inviting atmosphere the space was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. one of the best highlights was the proximity to the beach, it was just a short walk away allowing me to easily spend my days lounging on the sand and swimming in the crystal clear waters. overall the combination of charming accommodations, convenient location made it a truly memorable stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Beach getaway.p

The place we stayed at was very nice and suitable for 2 people. Lots of room, storage, kitchen, and living space. The beach equipment was an added bonus! The walk was short to the beach and nice and easy. The air conditioning worked very well which was great! The kitchen was well equipped and had coffee supplies! The bathroom was smaller than other areas but plenty for two people. The water pressure was a bit lower than hoped (especially for wanting to wash sand off) but still definitely acceptable and working! The only real complaint was that the floors seemed to not be cleaned fully but that could just be our stay. Also the wifi was working but not good enough if you expect to work at all or play online video games. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book again!

I stayed here for three weeks, and I absolutely loved everything about it. The energy of the place was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach. Everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully designed with a simple, beachy vibe that made me feel right at home.
The Juni team was incredible—always quick to respond. One night, I accidentally locked myself out, and they immediately called me and got me back in without any hassle. I felt completely safe and secure the entire time.
This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
