Awesome place, right next to the beach. Loved the pool and being on the first floor. The beach supplies: chairs, cooler, cart, etc, were greatly appreciated. Would definitely return.

This place was Mazing clean very organized.Give u that at home feel. I was in love with the master bedroom with the big bathroom walking shower and the big tub.The over all home was vey spacious.I will rent again.

A great location for beach lovers! The unit was tastefully decorated and totally comfortable. Close to many restaurants and just minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Space Center. The view from the 6th floor was awesome. We would definitely come again! Angelo & Missy

I would highly recommend staying here! It was so close to the beach and the pool was wonderful! A little cold but it was fine! They provided plenty of bath and beach towels! Everything was stocked well, never ran out of tp or paper towels. Every kitchen utensil you could think of was provided. There was also a first aid kit which was very nice. And the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Overall this was a great stay and id definitely come back again!

Perfect spot for a getaway! Incredibly close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The place itself was clean, cozy ans well stocked with supplies for cooking/washing- as well as with towels ans toiletries. Neighborhood was lovely with kind neighborhs. Communication with the host was top-notch and they made us feel so comfortable by checking in on us. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the home away from home feeling. I will definitely come back again. Thank you.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
