Positive: It is beautifully decorated and very secure. We were going on a cruise and it’s not far to the port. Negative: There were some mites coming out of the electrical outlet in the kitchen. We reported it and I feel confident that it was taken care of.

This is a beautiful and well cared for property. We felt right at home and loved being close to restaurants and stores. Appreciated all the amenities and enjoyed riding the bikes and being close to the beach. Hope to return again next year.

Stayed at Brooke’s place with a group of friends, and we were all so comfortable. The back deck on the water was such a treat- we saw dolphins and manatees. It was a short walk to the center street where all the restaurants are, and the neighborhood was so quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed 3 nights to see family. I didn’t need to communicate much with Brooke other than for the welcome and check out, but she was quick and friendly on her response. If you read the details for entry it really is quite easy to get in, but just to let you know there is no luggage cart and the key entrance had to be turned and held as you opened the door, which was a little difficult while carrying things. As others have mentioned, the building is not new, but the condo is and it is beautiful inside! The views are amazing from four parts of the condo, so you could see wide Eastern overlook, direct views of the ocean and expansive views to the north and some west all the up the shoreline. My brother has a phone app that tells every launch schedule and detail, so we also got to see a launch that literally went right over us and the full moon; it was so cool! They launched frequently. Family and friends said they will have future guests stay here. Has everything you need. Loved it!!

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
