We had a fantastic stay! This home was perfect for our group of five adults and two tweens. We planned a last-minute trip, and all of my questions were answered almost immediately—great communication from the host.
The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from beach access, which is where we spent most of our time. We really appreciated all the extras provided: beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, outdoor shower and of course, the foosball table (which the kids would’ve gladly taken to the beach if they could!). The nearby surfboard rental shop, restaurants, and coffee spots made everything super convenient. There was an ample supply of everything: from coffee, towels, cookware, to silverware. A bonus was the extra bed off the kitchen, which made our adult son very happy after a few nights on the couch at our previous rental. We couldn’t have been happier, the place felt brand new—everyone was impressed with how clean and well-stocked it was.

Great stay for the weekend in our case, really quiet residencial street, with a lot of restuarants, shops near by. The rooms were tidy, equiped kitchen, nice bar outside the terrace, and an area were you cannot get bit by mosquitos. We checked in quickly, the host is comunicative and i would recomend to everyone this stay.

Had a wonderful time at Stuart’s place. He is a pleasant host. We appreciated his prompt responses prior to our stay and during. My guest walks with a cane and found the proximity to the beach from the unit was a doable walk. The parking lot is maintained but boardwalk to the beach is not level. The few steps were challenging when carting chairs and such, but otherwise beach was lovely. We hope to return to this unit in the near future.

Perfect stay! Beautiful condo. Spacious. Clean. Complete with all amenities including beach gear. Great location. A few days before moving in we decided to extend our stay. Unfortunately she was already booked. We sadly had to find another place on short notice. Would have loved to have continued our stay at this beautiful place. We are planning on coming to Cocoa beach yearly and THIS will be the first place we will look for and really need to get this booked for 2026.
