We were so happy we chose to stay here after our hotel reservations fell through. It truly felt like it was meant to be. The space was very nice and felt very private. We enjoyed the warm pool and beach access was so close it felt like having our own private beach. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Cocoa Beach.

The Juni was perfect for our little trip to Cocoa Beach. The Location was perfect. Downtown Cocoa Beach was 5/6 minutes away, which was a quick drive for us. There was a few great spots for food/ activities near Downtown. The Ron Jon surfs shop and favorite dive bar The Sandbar was a 15 minute drive. There was also beach access close, about a 5 minute walk straight east of the Air B&B, super nice to not have to pay for beach parking.
The check in and check out was super easy! The rooms have a code on the door, which made it simple and quick for room access. The beds were comfy and the room was super clean. They had parking spaces labeled for each room, which was nice to have a for sure parking spot. 100% would recommend a stay here!

The cape crossing complex is well maintained, gorgeously appointed, and the management company is responsive and helpful. The proximity is convenient to both local beaches and the Kennedy Space Center.
The stateroom elite on the fourth floor is beautiful and could be perfect with a couple minor tweaks and more thorough cleaning.
