The place was very clean. Stuart was very responsive. Short walk to the beach. The only caveat I would give is that the walls are very thin in this building. So you may hear your neighbors. But I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay – will definitely be back! Loved that it accommodated our larger dogs and was so close to the dog beach! A rarity in the area. The pool was lovely and the house was stacked with amenities! Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay! This home was perfect for our group of five adults and two tweens. We planned a last-minute trip, and all of my questions were answered almost immediately—great communication from the host. The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from beach access, which is where we spent most of our time. We really appreciated all the extras provided: beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, outdoor shower and of course, the foosball table (which the kids would’ve gladly taken to the beach if they could!). The nearby surfboard rental shop, restaurants, and coffee spots made everything super convenient. There was an ample supply of everything: from coffee, towels, cookware, to silverware. A bonus was the extra bed off the kitchen, which made our adult son very happy after a few nights on the couch at our previous rental. We couldn’t have been happier, the place felt brand new—everyone was impressed with how clean and well-stocked it was.

We enjoyed family reunion at this beautiful home. It was comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful. We truly enjoyed outside deck, pool, paddleboard, and kayaks. Highly recommended!

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
