Beautiful apartment within walking distance to the beach. Great location but still in a quiet area. Host was just a text away. People in the complex were super friendly. We will definitely be staying here again. Only complaint is that the bedrooms don’t have dressers/ shelving for clothes and only tv is in the living room.

This was an amazing place! The kids loved the pool and it was a short drive to the beach. We parked on Arthur ave which was free parking for the beach! The rooms were great for our family! My only complaint was the 2nd shower in the queen room the water didn’t get very hot but other than that it was great! We were close to great restaurants and I even got a tattoo. I got a tattoo at 13 waves! Our favorite restaurants near by was Brano’s (Italian), southern charm cafe, salty bagel (bagel sandwiches and coffee), long doggers, eggs up grill, ice cream hut, twisty teats ice cream, rockin retro ice cream parlor.

Positive: El departamento era sumamente espacioso y estaba muy bien equipado, con todos los elementos de primera calidad y muy completo. Fácil de acceder y muy tranquilo para dormir en la noche. El gimnasio y la pileta también muy completos. Negative: Podría tener alguna tienda o supermarket un poco más cerca a distancia de a pie, pero si uno tiene vehículo puede encontrar de todo.

Had a few days here with family. Super clean and spacious. We saw a hot tub listed in the amenities but it’s not located at the pool. Never saw it. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking items. Like a mixing bowl. Other than those minor items, we felt right at home.

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
