Excellent location and layout with space for a small family/group. As pictured and described. Loved being able to easily find private parking and private access straight onto the beach, especially for a night walk to stargaze. Shared backyard with shower to rinse off but didn’t really hear or see anyone except briefly in passing going to the beach. Very clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (shower & beach), comfy beds (fyi, king mattress is a little thin if you are a larger person), wifi was fast and worked great if you need to work or do video calls. Bummed missed seeing a rocket launch by one day but the beach is a perfect location for it. Would recommend and love to come back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and communication was excellent!
I knew bedrooms did not have TVs but wished they did. Couch/futon looks great in the space but is not comfortable at all!
Other than that, it’s a great condo and owner/manager was quick to respond to several questions I had, even late at night!

Great location for what we wanted, walkable to the beach. Nice neighborhood to ride bikes thru- which we brought. Had an issue with tree branches rubbing on the roof right above our bedroom, they trimmed them asap. Had most everything we needed although dishes and bowls were a bit sparse. The backyard courtyard area was nice, however stayed covered in leaves. I guess were shedding from the trees, I swept them up daily. Over your backyard wall is the Pineda Causeway, the bridge leading over the intercoastal waterway. We called it the Pineda dragway- every morning starting about 5:30 M-F people must make the turn off A1A and let ‘er rip – motorcycles, cars, trucks etc.. Ripping up the road. If you’re a light sleeper or sleep in till 10 AM just be warned. The place provided most everything we needed. We spent most of our time up in the Cocoa Beach areas, and of course we found a little cut through past the crosswalk to get to the beach. That was nice. Would probably return.

We love staying at beachside such a great host and clnice well keep up place! We only stay here when we are in town close to everthing we like to do. Hang out at the pier/beach go eat the best fish tacos on the beach at the sand bar. so close you can even take a walk to Ron Jon’s surf shop. Can’t wait to go back…
