Had a great stay at Retro Boho by the beach. The rental location was ideal! Walking distance to the beach/pier, shops and restaurants. Saved on gas and parking. This stay had the easiest check-in I’ve experienced with Air BnB. Simple, informative instructions. We also got lucky and checked in a few hours early! I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Although convenient location, modern upgrades are necessary. The pots and pans were outdated, and there were limited utensils. We appreciated the surfboard, it provided my family and I with lots of fun!

Great house on the river. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and beach! Kids loved the ping pong and frisbee golf! Saw lots of manatees and dolphins!

Positive: 3 bedrooms worked great for the family. Decorated very nicely. Loved all the beautiful lighting done in the unit. Dolphins Restaurant was very close to walk to with great food & ambiance. Saw dolphins jumping while there also. Negative: Not the best sound insulated. Couch could be replaced a-bit worn with some seams torn in spots.

It was a beautiful spot just a two minute walk from the least crowded section of cocoa beach! The condo was easy to get into and was superbly furnished for a fun beach side vacation. Our host was always responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay again if we go back!

    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
