We absolutely loved our stay! The house was incredibly clean, beautiful, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect — very close to the beach and grocery stores.
The pool with lighting at night was amazing, and the grill made our evenings even more enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were plenty of beach essentials available as well.
We were truly impressed and enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation!

from a well stocked kitchen to and endless amount of bath towels and pool towels to make our stay more convenient. the rental was very spacious and plenty of room for all 4 of us. I really enjoyed the views on the patio. it was a great spot to have morning coffee. although it was quite loud with the traffic nearby. the views compensated the noise. we were lucky enough to witness a launch from the comfort of our patio. we would definitely come back for another visit

Duplex was super clean and had everything we needed for cooking and was happy they had a nice blender for making our smoothies!! We were just a short walk to the beach, neighborhood was quiet. The beach was super nice and not over crowded at all and even had community box for sand toys left over from people that forget toys. My kids enjoyed that! The duplex felt very large and was just over 1000 sq feet. We made popcorn on the stove and had moving night with popcorn bowls and plenty of serving trays for kids. It also had a high chair which was nice for my youngest. Laundry room was a bonus and the outdoor hose to wash off so we could leave our shoes outside or at the door to not track sand all over. I give this mini vacation 10/10 and we are from the other coast in Sarasota. We visited the space center which was why we stayed here and was a short and easy 23 mins away! Duplex was decorated so nicely! If I had to give one critique I would have chosen a more comfy larger couch for guests

Positive:
The property is close to KSC and it has a lot of space for a family.
There’s a restaurant within the condo grounds and the place is quiet and pleasant.
Negative:
The card hold for the incidental damages seems exaggerated: $600. It was even more than the price of the rental itself, and we ended up paying an optional fixed amount to avoid the hold, but it added to the total price. Those charges are not explicit in any place in the rental policy or fees description.
There was a suffocating smell of chlorine all over the apartment, we had to open the doors and windows to ventilate the place.
