This place was absolutely perfect! It looked just like the pictures! The host was absolutely amazing. We unfortunately had a terrible experience elsewhere and this host was able to get us in within 30 minutes of talking to them. Anytime we had any questions or concerns the host messaged back very quickly. The private beach would a wonderful thing to have. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!!

Overall, our stay was great through Beachside Vacation rentals! This unit was conveniently located and a 5 minute walk from the beach. The building does have two units and share a parking spot that can only park 3 vehicles comfortably. The unit was clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed for our stay (cook ware, body soap/shampoo, blankets, sheets, detergent, dishsoap etc) which made it extremely convenient as we were traveling pretty far. We did have a minor leak underneath the second bathroom sink and a minor gnat problem in the master bedroom. The host was very attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns and sent people over to check on the faucet within the same day I informed them of the leak. The only thing I would say that could use some improvement is a more comfortable living room chairs as the chairs were very low to the ground and were not really great for lounging. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was great 😊

We initially looked at hotels in the area. It’s been a few years since I had visited Cocoa Beach and was surprised by pricing. This 2 bedroom apartment was cheaper than most of the hotels and offered great value for the money. It was perfect for us. Maybe a little older inside, but cute and clean. We were more than happy with our stay. I will say, the main bed has a horrible mattress. I generally can sleep on just about anything and even I struggled with it. Also, there was a coffee maker (not Keurig) and there were coffee supplies which included K-Cups, but no coffee. It was a nice touch to have everything though. Enjoyed!

Beautiful stay, the chairs on the balcony were fantastic. We had two different instructions for the locks but we figured it out, it was just a minor hiccup. There was a water issue and Brooke was proactive at letting us know it would be shut off, we were already out and about for the day, along with having friends in the local area so it wasn’t really a disruption for us at all. My husband on the elevator on our checkout day actually told other people how great the unit was as they weren’t 100% on the one they had chosen. There is some noise from the street but nothing that bothered us much, the added portable ac unit helped drown it out anyway. The greatest part is you can walk right out to the beach, toes in the sand morning and night never disappoints.
