My family and I were truly grateful this property was available when we needed it most. We gathered in Florida to celebrate our aunt’s homegoing, and the home provided more than enough space for everyone to be together comfortably. The photos online simply didn’t capture how beautiful and welcoming the home really is. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Whenever we visit Florida, we try to stay in this community because of its convenient location to everything we need, including banks, restaurants, and the beach. This area is a hidden gem. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed. We genuinely enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to our next visit.

it was such an amazing stay, so close to the beach and shops/food! The others staying in the complex were so kind and the outdoor space where the pool and grill are! it was such an amazing trip and one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing week! The location is walkable to private beach access that was very peaceful. The room and surroundings were clean and safe, with everything we could need. This location will definitely be saved for our next trip back to Cocoa Beach.

This property was the cutest little place. Clean, extremely responsive, and accommodated, literally our every need. Great location close to all the restraunts and beach. They have wagons, beach chairs, and umbrellas you can use completely for free ! saving tons of cash. I also would like to note the tiny pool in the backyard is nice and relaxing. I actually caught a professional pool cleaner in the middle of his cleanings before hopped in. Would definitely recommend.

    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
