The Juni was perfect in every way…location, clean, quiet at night, comfortable furnishings and we could walk downtown to cafes, restaurants and best of all, the beach was a block away. Hosts answered a question I had very quickly prior to our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here– I got the full classic beachside living experience and was so happy to have a Publix and a great bar and grill open nearby until 12am. The unit we stayed in was cozy and we took full advantage of the porch!

Positive: Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs, dafür war die Lage ideal, man ist schnell auf eine der Hauptstrassen. Wir haben Nachts den Verkehr auch kaum gehört. Vom Balkon konnten wir auf den Kanal schauen, dort kann man immer wieder Delfine, Seekühe und andere Tiere sowie Boote beobachten. Es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung modern. Wir waren voll zufrieden!

We will definitely be back to visit this place. The unit was so perfect for us and it felt like we were beach front. It’s literally steps away from the over walk. We really enjoyed the patio at night and for morning coffee. Our host was so helpful and even ordered us a new keurig when we realized there wasn’t one there, within a couple hours of messaging her. Such a great little getaway!

Great location – one block from the beach, several blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within short walking distance of great restaurants and the Publix grocery store. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean when we arrived. The host also allowed us to check in an hour earlier and communicated that they would be fixing the fridge but would be able to check us in early. The location of this place is so nice, it’s walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Great place, just as pictured, short walking distance to private beach, pool, close to grocery store, restaurants, everything you need. Kitchen well stocked, beach gear provided. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
