I chose this property as a pre-cruise stay due to its very accessible location between the airport and cruise port. Everything from check in to check out was effortless! I enjoyed the flexibility of an early check in option. The property was very well maintained. It was warm and inviting and provided the amenities and comforts of home. The host’s communications were pleasant, and responses were prompt. I would most definitely choose this property for a future stay.

The owner was great with communicating and responding to any needs or concerns. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved that we could just walk to the beach – super close! It was a private beach and wasn’t not crowded. It was very family friendly. We had a great time!

This is a fantastic house! We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times throughout the years and this was by far our favorite. Clean and spacious, well stocked with everything you need and in a great location. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. It is so nice to go on vacation and have zero issues or concerns with your rental. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside Vacation Rentals! The place was clean, cozy, and super close to the beach. The boardwalk to the ocean was beautiful and peaceful.
