Positive:
The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious!
Negative:
I felt as though the AC unit either may have been controlled outside of the unit or it took a long time to cool, but there are ceiling fans that helped to keep the unit cooled. Since the property is pet friendly, maybe invest in bags and receptacles for waste. We always travel with empty grocery bags and clean up after our dogs. Some people forget to do this. This may cut back on the amount of waste left on the grounds by owners who weren’t prepared to pick up after their pets.

This is the perfect place for a beach getaway, just walk across the street and you’re there! You can walk a ways to quite a few restaurants, and the area is quiet and everyone is very friendly. Stuart was super communicative, providing reminders, local recommendations, and quick responses to any questions we had! An incredibly easy, hour drive away from Disney, 30 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and the beach is a great place to watch a rocket launch! The whole property was super clean and plenty of beach equipment to use as you need.

We booked Stuart’s place in Melbourne Beach because our usual place was booked. I am so glad we did! We stay in Melbourne Beach quite often. The house is beautiful and clean. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms are very big and the house is so welcoming. We brought along our two Pomeranians and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The large outdoor deck upstairs has stunning views of the ocean and is so lovely to relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book. There is a BBQ for guest use as well as a washer/dryer. The house has ocean views from the bedroom as well as the kitchen and we thoroughly enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves crashing upon the shoreline. The stars were so bright and beautiful. I loved the peace and tranquility and will definitely be looking to stay again in the future. Stuart was very kind and quick to respond when I reached out with a few questions. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and may have found our new favorite place to stay.
