The rental was perfect for our family of 4. I’m glad I read previous reviews and brought sheets for the spare bed. The spare bed was tricky to get out of the closet. The beach was a very short walk across the street and located very close to food and fun. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future. Loved the 3 seasons room.

Positive: Beds are super comfortable. Rooms are spacious. It is a great location. Watching the dolphins with a cup of coffee in the morning was so relaxing! Negative: The bar closes to early.

Stuart’s place was fantastic. Super close to the beach. Even better when you came out to the beach if you stayed to the right, it was a dog beach during specific hours. We had a couple of bumps during our stay (no batteries for the TV remote/coffee maker didn’t work properly), but Stuart had everything taken care of within hours. The unit itself was beautiful, and the outside space was fantastic. The only downside to the unit itself is the noise factor. We were able to hear everything from the upstairs unit. TV, footsteps, opening/closing doors. Everything. Thankfully, we were only in the unit to sleep, so it wasn’t a big deal, but do not expect quiet if there are people in the upstairs unit. The noise factor will not keep me away. I look forward to returning. Thanks again for everything, Stuart.

Our family had the best stay at the Juni! What an adorable newly renovated place!! Amazing location, & such an easy quick walk to the beach. So nice they have beach carts, umbrellas, & chairs that are backpacks. It made taking our baby to the beach a breeze! We will definitely be back!!

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
