Highly recommended! Management responded very quickly regarding missing linens, and toilet flush hardware issues. (Note that you can only communicate with management via messages through AirBnB). Kudos to the cleaning crew! The home was spotless! It’s very big for a Florida townhouse. The furnishings are beautiful. We would love to rent here again!

The place is at a good location, just a block away from the beach. The street is very quiet and relaxing. Kitchen could have been a little bigger but overall the place was neat and clean and I enjoyed and my weekend there

The place was just as described. We really liked it and would rent it again. The window unit AC in the bedroom is pretty loud, but it was great white noise for me. They were some beach items we used and a couple chairs. The only negative at all, and it’s small, if you are going to charge 120 for a cleaning fee, then you shouldnt expect or ask guests to strip beds, do the dishes, take out the trash. I’m cool with doing that, but maybe lower the cleaning fee a bit. Either way it won’t deter us from staying again

This townhome was spacious and beautifully appointed. Convenient location for a beach day, with a bunch of beach toys and things was available to use. We were spoilt for choice with 3 options for coffee. All spaces were clean and comfortable. We loved the backyard, great for relaxing evenings. We booked boat tours and pick up points were so close to the house, making it easy to be in and out with a toddler. The hosts were quick in their responses and really we did not need anything more than already provided. We absolutely loved the home!

    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
