Awesome place! We rented out all 8 units for a baseball tournament in Viera over the July 4th week and it was a huge success! It was a great option to be able stay with the other team families and share the pool area amenities and beach access while still having your own space with 2 bedrooms and kitchen/bath. Each unit was uniquely decorated and very clean/modern. Plenty of parking… It was also walking distance to bars and restaurants in Cocoa Beach and an easy drive to the USSSA baseball complex. We also caught two SpaceX launches from the beach… public beach access is directly across the street.

Overall a great place to stay to experience all of what Cocoa Beach has to offer. Location was perfect. Condo was very clean and had access to a big pool (which was never overcrowded). The beach is steps away from the pool and they had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, buckets, shovels, coolers, etc. that a family would need).
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you and your family would need to cook throughout your stay (minus spices, etc).
They have board games, puzzles, and UNO that we used during the trip to pass the nights.
The only thing that we wish we could change is that the pool closes at dusk (around 8:30 pm) just because our kids love being in the water.
OVERALL AMAZING PLACE with great management and we will stay here again, or in another property that they host!
