Lovely location, 100 metres from the beach.
Great jazz club, Heidi’s just 1/2 mile up the road.
The photos were accurate but I thought the building was bigger. It still worked for us and we had a cozy stay. Beach towels provided.
Extra blankets and a great floor mattress which the 2 youngest loved sleeping on.

This place is huge! Some of the closets could have been bedrooms, it’s that big. The pool was a great addition and the condo is close to everything Melbourne has to offer. We loved being able to walk to the Mexican restaurant and bagel shop next door. There are not enough seats for 12 people as mentioned in other reviews, but we moved about and found the room. We had a few issues that were met with an immediate response and action, if needed. The kitchen offerings could be a bit higher end with more cookware and utensils, but we made do. Overall, it was a great space for a big family gathering, which was exactly what we needed. Would definitely return.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our 3 teenage daughters and one of their friends. We stayed for a week. Beach access was super easy and close. We used the beach equipment so generously provided; and walked to the beach daily. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us. There is one bathroom
which can be challenging but it was easier than expected as we could use the outside shower to rinse off the sand. It was the best and we plan to come back! We stayed in the Spanish house. We also liked the close proximity to everything we wanted to do in and around Cocoa beach.

It was a great place!! We were able to get early check-in free of cost, I mentioned this was a getaway weekend for my mother who lost her mother (my grandma) and they were kind enough to waive the fee and let us check in early!! The beach was literally right across the street and an 8 minute walk into downtown!!
Such a cute cozy place!! We had a lot of fun!!!
