Billy was an awesome host. Check in was clear and easy. The place was clean and cozy. The only thing, if any, to complain is the kitchen utensils that are super basic.

We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved this space and the local area. Accommodation was clean, very comfy beds, beach stuff available to use, welcome pack too. The area is great and we tried some of the recommendations left for us. We really liked The Tiny Turtle, Cafe Surfinista and Coconuts on the Beach. If we found ourselves back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, looks just like the photos, plenty of linen and really have a home, but vacation feel. JJ was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

The house was a dream! Exactly as pictured. The beach is the backyard. We loved waking up early and strolling in the sand in our pajamas. Our dog also loved the waves and sand. Perfect for a family of 5 with plenty of room. Very comfy and nicely decorated. Had boogy boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. Close to places to eat – we even walked to a restaurant and back home via the beach. Close to the space center too.

Positive: We came to Merritt island to visit the Kennedy space centre and the wildlife refuge, this was a great location for both. What i didn’t expect to see were dolphins breaching in the river as I sat on the balcony in the morning having a coffee and contemplating the day ahead. Negative: Nothing

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
