It was a lovely, clean apartment, and it was well stocked with everything you might need. It is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location is great! Close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Just a 20 minute walk down the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier. Our host was very responsive when we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay, the chairs on the balcony were fantastic. We had two different instructions for the locks but we figured it out, it was just a minor hiccup. There was a water issue and Brooke was proactive at letting us know it would be shut off, we were already out and about for the day, along with having friends in the local area so it wasn’t really a disruption for us at all. My husband on the elevator on our checkout day actually told other people how great the unit was as they weren’t 100% on the one they had chosen. There is some noise from the street but nothing that bothered us much, the added portable ac unit helped drown it out anyway. The greatest part is you can walk right out to the beach, toes in the sand morning and night never disappoints.

Overall a great place to stay to experience all of what Cocoa Beach has to offer. Location was perfect. Condo was very clean and had access to a big pool (which was never overcrowded). The beach is steps away from the pool and they had everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, buckets, shovels, coolers, etc. that a family would need).
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you and your family would need to cook throughout your stay (minus spices, etc).
They have board games, puzzles, and UNO that we used during the trip to pass the nights.
The only thing that we wish we could change is that the pool closes at dusk (around 8:30 pm) just because our kids love being in the water.
OVERALL AMAZING PLACE with great management and we will stay here again, or in another property that they host!
