The Juni was awesome, it was clean and the furniture was in very good shape. It was very close to the beach and I would rent this place again. Had a great time thanks for an awesome vacation!!

My family had so much fun here that we are planning on coming back to the same location next year. The house is the perfect size for our needs. The pool and hot tub were amazing. What we enjoyed the most was the close walk to the beach every day and bars and restaurants are walkable too. The host provided quick responses to the questions I had and check in and check out were extremely easy. We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach!

This was a lovely condo with great amenities. The family was very comfortable and we very quickly felt at home. Great communication from the host and I know they would have been quick to respond if we’d had any problems but we didn’t!

Positive: Very nice location, took 5 minutes to get to the port. The property was very clean, well maintained, and easy to access. Our villa was spectacular. The other couples in our party were amazed with the decor and how beautiful and clean everything was. It was cozy like a home. I will definitely stay here again. Negative: It was all perfect.

The Beachside Vacation Rental was perfect. Everything was exactly as described by the listing, the utilities worked great, and there were no issues whatsoever during our stay. This is a rental listing I would look at using in the future again and recommend for others. Also, an important factor, everything was just a walk away, including the beach, 15 minutes or less.

Great stay at Cape Crosssing! This was a beautiful home exactly as described in the listing. We came in for the weekend to surf at Cocoa Beach and the location couldn’t have been better! We will absolutely see if this rental is available when we decided to come again.

    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
