David was very respectful and responsive throughout my stay. The place was clean and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway. The only challenges I experienced were related to noise and the bathroom setup. I wasn’t aware the unit was located beneath another space, (I believe my own fault for not paying attention to detail) and I could hear quite a bit of foot traffic from upstairs. Additionally, I’d gently suggest adding a door or barrier to the shower, as water tended to soak the bathroom floor during use, and I had to use towels to dry everything to protect the wood.
Overall, I appreciated the stay and David’s attentiveness, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests. I would stay here again, perhaps in another unit! Thank you David.

The host quickly responded to each of my concerns. They had everything you needed for the entire stay such as plenty of wash cloths and towels, a wagon with beach supplies and fully equipped kitchen. It rained during our vacation so we couldn’t use the grill on the patio but it was ready to use. Will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay and the place is really nice and great location, short walk to the beach, the place was clean and very easy to locate with clear instructions on how to access the house, overall I would definitely recommend the place and will stay there again on my next visit, the host was very responsive to all our inquiries.
