Fabulous apartment overlooking amazing wildlife including dolphins and birds. Super handy for Kennedy space Center. Dolphins the restaurant is a 2 min walk with lovely food and great service. Beautifully decorated, well kept and well stocked. Only downside was the road noise. Overall would recommend.

Positive:
The value for the money could not be beat. It was the perfect location and the townhome was spacious and well-appointed. Washer/dryer and garage were nice additions. Enough space for the family to spread out and have our own rooms and bathrooms.
Negative:
The beds were not very comfortable.

Stuart’s place at Cocoa Beach was perfect for a long-weekend beach getaway! The location was excellent – across the street from a public beach access to a less crowded area of the beach but also a 15 minute walk or very quick drive to all the restaurants and the more populated beach access. The availability of free beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach equipment was a nice perk and the well-stocked kitchen allowed for quick and easy meals. On-site free laundry was convenient. Stuart was very responsive to all messages and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We stayed here as a family for my sons baseball tournament. the kids enjoyed the pool. it’s deeper than the pictures look but not anything crazy. it’s great for kids and getting out of the heat. The game room was also super fun. we weren’t in the house much because of the ball games but the time there was comfortable. everyone enjoyed their stay.

We loved our stay at Stuart’s place! It was beautiful, clean, restful, and in a great location. We were a minute’s walk from the beach, which was EMPTY (in late feb) and so relaxing. My husband tried surfing, my kids played in the sand, and I sunbathed.
Our kids loved the pool; the little shallow end was perfect for them to play in, and the lounge chairs were close and perfect for mom & dad to relax while the kids played happily. It is a great, safe, beautifully done area. The private outside area was also such a great touch! We loved eating outside and the outdoor shower was the perfect touch for after the pool & ocean.
Stuart was super responsive and easy to communicate with when we needed something.
