We loved the place. Everything was clean, quiet, comfortable, and new. It was a short walk (like, I could throw a rock from the front of the property to the front of the beach entrance!) to the beach. Safe friendly area. The beach was clean and not that crowded and the waves were great. The beds were comfortable- even the floor mattress was comfortable. The kitchen: new appliances, and all the stuff you need in a kitchen was there. Bathroom also new and clean. They had beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use too. Grocery stores and restaurants around- everything we wanted within a 10min drive. We’d definitely come back!

Nice condo rental extremely close to the beach which is what we were looking for on our trip to Cape Canaveral. You literally just have to walk a super short distance to the beach past a parking lot it was very convenient. The rental provides some beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys which was very nice. I brought my own heat resistance blankets but it was nice to have those available. The condo pool was clean and nice to use too. My son loved the beach and the pool! Restaurants and shopping all super close by and the condo is a 45-50 minute drive from the Orlando Int’l airport. The unit could use an upgrade on the couch as it is a futon and was a bit uncomfortable to lounge on, but we were out a lot of the time.

It was a perfect spot the night before our cruise from Port Canaveral. The restaurant on site was within walking distance with great food. The accommodations were perfect for our party of 5. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We’ll recommend to anyone doing a similar overnight stay, but it’s a great place to stay if you’re doing things in the area as well. Parking right near front door wasn’t ever an issue.

Super séjour. Hôtes très réactifs et aidants via messagerie. Très propre. Très bien situé. Piscine propre.
Laveuse – sécheuse (4/10) – nous sommes allés à la buanderie tout près
Items pour la plage (5/10) les articles étaient brisés (chaises, parasol, planches boogie-board) mais quand même plusieurs jouets pour enfants.
Ambiance (10/10) – ambiance chaleureuse avec les autres voyageurs/appartements.
BBQ (3/10) – très petits et en mauvais état.
Emplacement (9/10) près de la plage et des services (épicerie, mini golf etc à 25 mins marche). Accès à la plage par la même rue.
Notre logis était très propre. Articles de qualité – manquerait peut être un rack à linge ou crochets (pour accrocher serviettes/maillots).
Une référence assurée pour notre entourage s’ils ont à voyager à Cape Canaveral.
