Stuart was an excellent host! Answered all my random questions throughout my stay! The location was great – so close to the quiet beach – no noise issues with neighbors, great patio w bbq and pool and outdoor shower! we loved the space theme art so much – my 10-year-old chose the place bc of the cool murals. There was an EV charger which was a pleasant surprise! The feedback I would offer is that cotton sheets seem like a given to me and I almost went and bought some at Target bc the polyester sheets were awful – many people might not care but oof. The kitchen had a great selection of dried spices and all the stuff one would need to make a full dinner – we did not however, bc we didn’t want to use non-stick pans and plastic cooking utensils – again a personal preference. The photos definitely made it look bigger than it is, and the coffee table and couch need replacing ie: it has seen some use since the photos were taken, but overall we loved it and would definitely recommend Stuart!

Positive:
Apartment is wonderful. View super. near kenney space center shopping for groceries and beach .
Negative:
Pool was closed for maintenance. after a bit of complaining, we were reimbursed one nights stay.
was an acceptable solution. the group was incredibly disappointed swimming at propery was not an option.
thank you to management for seeing the guests view.

Das Haus war genau was wir gesucht haben. Direkt am Strand und mit sehr schöner Atmosphäre. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung des Hauses war super. Bei Ankunft war nicht alles sauber, auf Nachfrage kam sofort jemand vorbei und hat alles erledigt. Danke für den tollen Service.
