This location is great for a trip to Cocoa Beach. The beach is in walking distance, shops and restaurants are just a short drive down the road. The unit was very nice and was just enough space for my guest and I. My only concern would be that the floors were not the cleanest, which was not a huge issue. But other than that, the unit is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this to other people.

This place is quiet, walking distance to the beach, the AC works amazing, a little loud but gets the job done. Very clean and very specious. The location is great, the beach is amazing, Lots of room in the closet and huge counter top. The Host is very responsive and friendly!!!

The house was as advertised. Squeaky clean throughout and everything is new. Plenty of linens, towels, cleaning and bath products. A well-equipped kitchen. Just bring some groceries and drinks and you can walk right in and be comfortable Two nice outdoor areas: a large fenced area for the dog and a covered, lighted party area with dining table and chairs. Close to grocery and restaurants and a traffic-free drive over the causeway to the beach. Neighbors are far enough away or separated by vegetation that you don’t really see or hear them. On a dead end street, so almost no traffic. However, the house is only a couple hundred feet from the train tracks with trains running every hour or so throughout the day and night. Not super loud but you definitely hear them. We had a very nice stay.
