Great location and super close to downtown Cocoa Beach, less than 5 minutes away and very walkable. The beach is right across from the Airbnb, was very clean, and never too crowded. The Airbnb and pool were both spotless, and Stuart was an amazing host who constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

Loved our stay here. Love the old school exterior Florida look! So close to the beach, 1 min walk. Unit was super clean, and well stocked with all the essentials you would need. Felt super comfortable and right at home. Plus the pool was clean and adorable. A+

We had an amazing stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. The building itself was a little older, but the unit we stayed in was updated, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family !

Positive: El departamento era sumamente espacioso y estaba muy bien equipado, con todos los elementos de primera calidad y muy completo. Fácil de acceder y muy tranquilo para dormir en la noche. El gimnasio y la pileta también muy completos. Negative: Podría tener alguna tienda o supermarket un poco más cerca a distancia de a pie, pero si uno tiene vehículo puede encontrar de todo.

We love staying at beachside such a great host and clnice well keep up place! We only stay here when we are in town close to everthing we like to do. Hang out at the pier/beach go eat the best fish tacos on the beach at the sand bar. so close you can even take a walk to Ron Jon’s surf shop. Can’t wait to go back…

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
