Positive: Very nice location, took 5 minutes to get to the port. The property was very clean, well maintained, and easy to access. Our villa was spectacular. The other couples in our party were amazed with the decor and how beautiful and clean everything was. It was cozy like a home. I will definitely stay here again. Negative: It was all perfect.

We had a great time in Merritt and surrounding areas, The place was clean and the beds were comfy the kitchen is nicer than some homes I’ve seen. Only complaint I wish we would have been facing the water. We will be back again

From the moment we walked in we were in awe, the home is very well maintained, and the amount of space was perfect. My family especially enjoyed the pool and the dock where we were able to view rocket launches and manatees that visited daily. I cannot say enough great things, and we will be back again! Topper, our host was very welcoming and responsive❤️

This place has become our favorite weekend spot. The beach is quiet and clean. The apartment itself is very comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoy the private outdoor space and shower. The pool area is nice and the grill works great.

Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
