This was our first time staying at here and our stay was better than expected. The studio was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The area was quiet and we were within walking distance of the beach and Downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit our beloved Cocoa Beach!

Positive:
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit wunderschön gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Direkt über der Straße ist der Zugang zum tollen Beach mit Blick bis Cape Canaveral. Wir hatten das Glück 2 Raketenstarts vom Strand aus beobachten zu können.
Der Vermieter hat superschnell und freundlich reagiert, als die Spülmaschine auf Störung war.
Ganz toll waren die vielen Handtücher, die Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung und die neuen Küchengeräte. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Shops.
Negative:
Kleine Abzüge für die sehr laute Klimaanlage und etwas wenig Küchenausstattung (keine Weingläser, keine großen Töpfe für Pasta o.ä.)

Our stay at this wonderful beach cottage exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a quick weekend getaway with our adult kids and this was the perfect spot. The floor plan is amazing- lots of room and very comfortable. Our dogs loved the back yard and it was so helpful that it was fenced in. There is easy access to the beach and the beach area was clean, not crowded, and dog friendly! Thank you for a perfect stay!

So much wildlife seen from the dock. Gator everyday, dolphins and manatees once. Very peaceful. Home was spacious with master on one side of house and other bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen and living space in the middle. 3 full bathrooms. Great access to pool and dock. Great, quiet neighborhood. Easy 15 min drive to the port or to Cocoa Beach. Watched the space shuttle launch from the dock. Pool and hot tub is not heated but water was plenty warm in the 90 degree heat. Home was clean and you could not tell that it was a dog friendly home. Really enjoyed our stay.

The space was clean and had great beach access. The area of the beach was far enough from resorts that the beach did not feel crowded. The condo had everything you needed for the beach. Not pictured is a little vanity area outside of the bathroom. As a family of 5 (with three girls) we were concerned about one bathroom, but this vanity space was great. There is also coin laundry available which I had not seen when looking at the description posted. Would definitely look at booking again!

We had a great stay at 400 South. We only Recommend to have the sofa cleaned in the unit we stayed in it has stains and looks dirty. The bathroom needs shelving there is no space to put your things at all. The unit does not like the pictures, not as fresh and clean as represented. We re trying another unit next week let’s see. I have to say the host is super responsive! 🙏🏻
