The place was exactly as advertised. We loved the location. Twenty minutes to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, and not too far to the airport. The place had a few housekeeping issues inside the unit and by the pool. Remotes for the ceiling fans would have been very helpful, as well as a cutting board. Management company was very responsive and the new check in/out software was great!

Very nice place, as advertised. It was great to be directly across the street from access to the beautiful beaches in Cocoa Beach. Walk to downtown, four short blocks either by the street or via the beach. Highly recommend.

This listing is very good! Very attentive communication with the owners throughout our stay and true advertisement of the area. Best part was the proximity to the beach! The condo itself seemed recently renovated. The furniture was comfortable, brand new kitchen fridge, and the shower was fantastic. Only a handful of negatives: The kitchen was limited with dishes (only 2 dinner plates) and cookware. I also like a drip coffee maker instead of a “pod” coffee maker. Lastly, some of the wall furnishings were lacking. There was only 1 shower towel rack and the hand towel rack fell off the wall on day 2 of our stay. Overall a really great rental with some easy items to improve on. Perfect location for the beach and very safe neighborhood.

It was a great place to stay. Checked in for one night before we went on a cruise. We had six people and it was great. Very nice place and very clean. Easy check in. we will defiantly stay there from now own.

    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
