Our stay was perfect! The place was clean and beautiful. It does have a lot of stairs which was not a problem for us, but just so people are aware. The only downside is that there is no shade or door to close off the upstairs bedroom loft area from downstairs. So if you have an early riser it can wake people upstairs.
It was great and would highly recommend.

This house was completely set up for a beach vacation. Beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, walking access to the beach (10-15 min walk) but an easy walk. I really think it had everything we needed to make our stay easy . The host was super responsive and we really had no issues at all. Spacious and a short 2 miles to cocoa pier if you wanted to check that out. I’d stay here again.

One of the best places I was in Airbnb everything was exactly as the pictures the place was super clean. You can see by the details that the owner is really put some time and money to make everything very comfortable. I mean it was 6 towels for shower it was 4 towels for the beach AC freezing. The location is perfect. Very quiet exactly what I needed it thank you and if I will be in the area again hundred percent I will be there.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, right across the street from the most beautiful and tranquil beach.
Only a short walk to restaurants and short drive to shops and more restaurants.
Perfect location with a lovely pool right outside the back door. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
