House had tons of space! We had plenty of towels and trash bags and TP and paper towels. A quick drive to the beach park with parking. Beach was lovely! Close to lots of restaurants and stores (go to Publix, not Walmart), showers were nice – it was great to have laundry. Quick & easy drive to the USSSA Space Coast Complex. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Hosts were kind and quick communicators. We’d stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Space Coast rental! The location was quiet and uncrowded, making it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the provided beach supplies were a huge convenience. We were even able to easily view rocket launches from the area, which was an amazing bonus. Communication with the host service was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

    There are tons of benefits to choosing a vacation rental over a hotel. All of our homes have fully stocked kitchens that allow you to make a nice, home-cooked meal. Additionally, a vacation rental allows you to have more space so you can get comfortable and spend more time with your loved ones while on vacation.
    Is Cocoa Beach a good place to visit with kids?
    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?
    Yes, all of our rentals are equipped with high speed wireless internet. We also cater specially to those who need a space to work. Check out our dedicated workspace collection here.
    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?

    We do! We have weekly and monthly discounts. Contact us at reservations@beachsidevr.com to discuss your trip more and we’ll get you set up with the best rate.
