400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit aparthotel, Unit B includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a loveseat and couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a surf board bar providing seating for four. The private outdoor shower steals the show at this ground-floor unit, where guests rave about rinsing off sand and salt steps from both the beach and the shared pool. Beach access sits directly across the street (literally a 30-second walk), leading to a quieter stretch of sand that feels almost private, while downtown Cocoa Beach restaurants and cafes are an easy 10-15 minute stroll away. The unit itself is clean, recently remodeled, and thoughtfully stocked with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and even insulated cups for beach days. The main trade-off is noise from upstairs neighbors, as sound travels easily between floors, though most guests found it manageable with white noise or simply didn't mind given everything else the property offers.
