– All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

– There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door and a camera in the back that monitors the exterior of the property while it is vacant and does not record any interior spaces

Take it outside with the BBQ grill and barbecue utensils included, and finish the evening around the patio furniture in the fenced backyard.
