400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit H includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like romantic decor, open concept design, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a wide couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen! Wir haben zur Begrüßung sogar einige Snacks in der Küche vorgefunden, das Küchenzubehör war sehr praktisch, von Küchentüchern bis Schwamm und Seife war alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr warm und gemütlich, man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Alles war sehr sauber und mit Sorgfalt vorbereitet.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
