400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.

Located on the second floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit E includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. we loved our stay
we loved our stay! comfy beds, kitchen well stocked and welcome snacks were very much appreciated since we arrived in the area late. communication is top notch with almost daily touch points starting a few days before our stay. the beach access was right across the street which made getting up at 3am for a night space launch super easy. there were lots of beach things, we only used chairs but everything looked in good shape and clean. bonus was the pool as a lot of rentals take this time of year for maintenance and repairs. we enjoyed relaxing in the pool for a little bit each day. overall, great place to stay and we would like to stay again when in the area.

The area is great and we tried some of the recommendations left for us. We really liked The Tiny Turtle, Cafe Surfinista and Coconuts on the Beach. If we found ourselves back in Cocoa Beach we would definitely stay here again.
