400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit “aparthotel,” Unit D includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like modern futnirture, chic chromatic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a loveseat and couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the pristine kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar providing seating for four. This was a decent place to stay
This was a decent place to stay. Close to the beach. Pool was nice. The biggest problem is that it’s an apartment and the walls are paper thin. We heard the people upstairs walking around all night. Every time they moved we heard the bed creaking.

Location was perfect; across from the beach and walking distance of shops & restaurants. The area was quiet; units were a bit noisy-we were on main floor & could hear every move of upstairs unit. The patio was mostly private-nice for coffee in the morning. Pool area was clean with lots of chairs & pool toys. Host was responsive, however I had verified there would be a crib and there was not upon arrival. As for the unit, we were disappointed; luxury is not an adjective I would use to describe it as a fellow Airbnb host. It seems as though the owner/property manager should visit their units more frequently to see necessary updates and maintenance/cleaning needed. The pictures on the listing are definitely from when it was first listed: our unit was missing multiple pieces of decor on the walls, there were scuffs, missing paint, rusted light fixtures, food remnants on kitchen ceiling, garbage & noticeable dust under the beds. I feel it is priced as luxury, but the unit itself is not.
