400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit “aparthotel” located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you’ll be in perfect proximity to ocean – think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It’s a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Located on the first floor of our 8-unit aparthotel, Unit B includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you’ll find a loveseat and couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a surf board bar providing seating for four. The stay was perfect
The stay was perfect. The location was super easy to find and not a busy or loud area. The beach access was right across the street and there was a crosswalk that allowed you to stop traffic with a button and safely cross. The area of beach it led to was not busy and was super nice. The complex had tons of beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards, buckets, etc. There was everything we needed. The pool area was super nice and mostly empty the whole time we were there so it felt private. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels. We were a short walk from everything you could need. We frequented 7-11 (8 min walk), and Foxtail Coffee Co. (a block away from 7-11), and Sergio’s Tacos(so good!) Definitely would recommend!!
