• Beach equipment is shared between guests in the complex and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Mailbox access is not available for guests.
• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

With the condo only about a 6-minute walk from both the beach and downtown, it makes a convenient home base for guests who want to spend less time driving and more time enjoying the coast.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

The beach and Downtown Cocoa Beach are easily accessible on foot from the condo, making walking a great option for nearby dining, shopping, and beach days. Cocoa Beach also has public transportation stops throughout the city, and rideshare services such as Uber operate in the area.

Only one parking space is provided with the unit and there is no additional on-site parking. Cocoa Beach does offer city-managed public parking, including a downtown garage and metered street-end spaces such as 3rd Street North, but city parking is paid and overnight parking is not permitted in city-managed lots, so it should not be relied on as overnight overflow parking
