Stuart’s place was perfect! My husband and I planned a few day getaway to Coco Beach after leaving a conference in Orlando. Stuart’s place was easy to find, had access to the beach and the shared in-ground pool was a bonus that helped break up the day. The apartment had everything we needed and a grocery store close by. I did like being on the first floor and having access to the outdoor shower and patio however, you could hear the activity from the second floor during the evening and night. So depending on the guests upstairs you may have to contend with some second floor noise.

The rental had a perfect location for my boyfriend and I while visiting family. We had brought our two dogs with us on this trip. If you’re traveling with dogs we could not recommend this rental enough. It was a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach (on leash). The beach itself was beautiful. We had an amazing view of a night Space X launch from that beach and we picked a ton of seashells. There is a local dog Park less than 10 minutes away by car. The rental was a quick drive to the action of downtown. The rental was clean and the room was as pictured. The area felt very safe and quiet. Our keypad for the door broke and the host was very responsive. There was someone at the door to fix it for us within 5 minutes of the phone call. We would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the accommodations in Cocoa Beach and the place looked like its pictures. The bathrooms and kitchen far exceeded our expectations. Although weather did not permit, the back deck was awesome. Great location and close to our family that live there. All in all a very positive experience particularly for our first Air BnB. I would highly recommend this place for families due to size. Thanks for a great experience.
