This accommodation was really nice and cozy! Also, the location was close to the beach access with just a few minutes walk! The rental management was awesome too. They’re nice and willing to help solve any issue. Will come visit again if we had a chance!

Our family was in town for a baseball tournament and we had a wonderful stay! Great location, 2 min drive to the beach, well stocked with beach equipment, clean and more than enough space for 2 families to stay. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The owner was very responsive and helped us get into the unit a little earlier so we could make it to the baseball opening ceremony on time! Great recommendation on a Sunset boat cruise just 10 minutes from the house. We didn’t make it over to the pool but it looked nice and not too busy! Highly recommend this place to stay!

Our family is big and the space was perfect. Plenty of room to cook and eat meals together. Close to the beach and the beach felt private with minimal crowds. We had a wonderful time!

Place was great! Only a small issue with towels and blankets but was resolved immediately. I would say it fits 4 people better than 6 but we made it work! The location was perfect and the shared pool was clean. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrellas for several families to use at once which saved us a lot of money! Would love to stay again!

    Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and the entire space coast are great places to visit with kids. Some kid-friendly activities include going to the beach, visiting the space center, watching a rocket launch, or going on a boat tour. All of our rentals at Beachside VR are kid-friendly, and we offer pack-and-plays for those traveling with little ones, just make sure to check with our team when you book so we can have it available.
    Do your rentals have access to the internet or wifi?

    What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Our standard check-in time is 4 PM and the checkout time is 10 AM. We are sometimes able to offer some flexibility, please contact our guest services team after booking to learn more.
    Will my rental be clean when I arrive?
    Absolutely. We pride ourselves on our professional housekeeping team. They clean the property from top to bottom and restock all the amenities so the property will be ready for you when you arrive.
    Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
