We had a wonderful stay! Very clear check in instructions, easy check out, host immediately replied to our question. Loved the location to the beach (just steps away) and bus stop was conveniently located so we were able to get around Cocoa beach without a rental car before our cruise.
So nice and peaceful, the beach was my favorite place
So nice and peaceful, the beach was my favorite place. I would definitely want to come back after they finish the construction next door. Lots of fun things to do all around. Very warm and friendly people.

This place was perfect. It’s rare to find a quality place for a family of 6 that doesn’t break the bank, and this place delivered! It was clean, comfortable, and the proximity to the beach and shopping was perfect. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We’ll be back!

Great price and location. Beach and pool area are nice. The only negative was that the air vents in our unit were pretty dirty and the pots/pans were chipped.
