Access
The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

The Juni comes with a shed full of beach gear that guests rave about: carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even little surfboards for the kids. This studio sits just two blocks from a quieter stretch of Cocoa Beach, where you can walk to the sand in under five minutes and stroll to downtown restaurants and bars in ten. Guests consistently praise the comfortable king bed, the clean and stylish space, and the responsive hosts. The only honest heads-up: the shower is quite small, which several guests mention but don't seem to mind for a weekend stay.
