Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

The ground floor centers on an open living and dining area that flows naturally into an eat-in kitchen, making it easy for everyone to gather in one space. From here, the patio is just steps away – a quiet spot for coffee in the morning or dinner outside in the evening. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space when you need it.

Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, an updated ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet – a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and a dedicated workspace, suited to kids, friends, or anyone who needs to get a bit of work done. The third bedroom keeps things cozy with a queen bed. A hallway guest bath serves both upstairs bedrooms.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware ready to go. A toaster, blender, baking sheet, and wine glasses round things out, and the dining table seats the group comfortably for shared meals.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms upstairs – the ensuite in the primary suite and the hallway guest bath – are joined by a convenient half bath downstairs. Each is stocked with shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light.

Downstairs, a washer and dryer sit just off the one-car garage, which offers hassle-free parking along with free street parking nearby. Take a stroll along the marina, settle in for dinner at the on-site restaurant, or watch the boats and local wildlife drift by from the patio. Guests can also make use of the shared pool, gym, and sauna, and beach essentials are on hand if you head to the water. A dedicated workspace and self check-in with a smart lock keep things simple from the moment you arrive.
