The kitchen has been fully updated and is fully stocked, anchored by a large island that works just as well for a casual breakfast as it does for putting together a full dinner for the group. Cooking basics, dishes, a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, so meal prep stays simple.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and three beds give the home room for up to eight guests, with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades included for a comfortable night’s rest after a day in the sun.

Three remodeled bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, so getting ready after a swim or a day at the beach takes no extra planning.

The screened-in pool area is the heart of the outdoor space, with a patio or balcony, backyard, and BBQ grill rounding things out. The private dock adds waterfront access right from the property, with sunset views that make it an easy spot to end the day – and, depending on timing, a front-row seat for a rocket launch.

This Cocoa Beach neighborhood is walking distance to local restaurants and the downtown area, with a nearby park and nature walk for exploring on foot. A short drive brings you to Port Canaveral for a cruise or fresh seafood, the original Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Kennedy Space Center for a full day out. Beach essentials are provided, and with free parking, free street parking, self check-in, and a smart lock, arrival is effortless.
