Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Located off of A1A just south of the heart of Cocoa Beach. The locals favorite restaurants , Squid Lips and Taco City , are just 1 minutes away! Bringing the kids? Head over to Kennedy Space Center to have an out of this galaxy experience! Disney World and Universal Studios are only 70 minutes away.

What a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully styled. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Took a little to find but that was probably our GPS and I’m willing to bet if I had reached out to the host beforehand it would have saved a couple u turns but that’s on us. Parking is great/off street. The dock is a big bonus if you want to fish and/or enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Small gas BBQ available for use. Upstairs neighbors were a little heavy on foot but it wasn’t that bothersome. All in all a great stay/weekend getaway. Already talking about going back!
