Beachside Vacation Rental was a very comfortable stay with lots to do nearby. It’s very close to the beach, and the balcony and dock are very enjoyable. Our only note is that the floors were still quite sandy and dusty from the previous renters, and we spent a good amount of time sweeping the floor our first night there. Other than that, the place was clean and a perfect stay for our vacation!
Overall, we had a good stay
Overall, we had a good stay. We were a group of 18 year old girls and felt very safe in the unit and the area the entire time. The unit was exactly as pictured. We especially like the abundance of utensils, soap, towels, etc.
The furniture was very wobbly, but still held up. The trash drawer was stuck and hard to pull out completely. We found a vape under the coffee table, which was slightly alarming (added on to the fact we were all under legal tobacco use age anyways). We had a power outage during our stay, but that was NOT a fault of our host and they were very responsive to it!
Also, the host communicated in almost complete (presumed) AI/automated responses. This wasn’t a huge issue for us, but slightly frustrating when we had issues and had to wait through an AI to get a real response. Just something to keep in mind.
For the price, this AirBnB was good and I think we would stay here again.

My Daughter and my 2 grandchildren took me (grandfather) with them on spring break. This place grew on all of us starting with the new beautiful pier which the fishing was great. It was close to an array of restaurants and a very short walk away from the beautiful beach where we watched the NASA rocket launch. All of us enjoyed how quiet peaceful the setting was. So, now my grandsons want to move to Florida and live at this place because they felt it was home. We loved it. So thank you for an absolutely fantastic vacation.
