Absolutely stunning place with an exceptional view!! Perfect place to do my daily meditations and sit right in front of and be surrounded by the beautiful nature. The place was cozy and felt right at home. Very responsive host. Thanks for sharing your space with me and my son we had an amazing time to set the tone for our cruise!!! We are quiet people and this is a place for quiet people, If you are into beach bars, nightlife, busy streets, people watching etc.. You are at the wrong place.
People looking for easy walk to the beach ramp ( across the street) , sunset views from the shared backyard or dock, its a perfect place. Couple restaurants from a walking distance but nothing fancy as its mostly residential on the north side and almost neighboring Patrick AFB on the south side.
The building is a little older and is undergoing some refresh, So if you are looking for a new build, huge windows and new everything this place is not it. But this has authentic old Florida style which I like.
Just missing loungers in the backyard
The place is clean, well kept, dog friendly, and convenient if you know how to cook and have a car to go get groceries and go places because there isn’t much around in terms of restaurants or stores., the beach is quiet.

The location offered beautiful sunsets over the river. While I did pay for early check in at $20.00/hour, I find this practice to be very distasteful and excessive, and would not rent the property again.

This little apartment is right on the Indian River Lagoon with a great view of the water. Our weather wasn’t great but we finally had sunshine our last day and had a beautiful sunset. Nice to have no buildings in front of you. Because it was chilly…we weren’t able to use the deck but that is a nice feature.
The dishwasher was still full when we arrived and I let our host know. He was very apologetic and offered us a gift card to one of the local restaurants which was awesome.
The kitchen could have used a few more things like decent coffee cups and pans and more cutlery We ended up doing a lot of take out from the restaurants they recommended which was great for us. Loved Jazzy’s, the Tiny Turtle, Surfinista and Longdoggers. Also Whisk and Grind was a great breakfast.
