• Mailbox access is not available for guests
• While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• The riverside dock area is shared with other guests staying on the property.
• Adult supervision is required at all times when children or guests who cannot swim are in or around the pool.
• There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk and are responsible for closely supervising children.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment

If you would like to heat the pool, you must give us 24 hours notice, and pay in full prior to us turning the heat on. We charge $50/day for the pool heater to be turned on.
