Had a great stay at this home with a large group. The home had a large amount of beds and bathrooms largely in part to the back quadplex which made it easy to accommodate everyone. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was great as the beach was walkable and various restaurants/bars were just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend especially for larger group of 10+

Words can’t express how happy we were with the rental. We rented the entire property including the 4 apartments at the back. From the moment we booked the customer service was amazing. Answered all my questions and did everything possible to get us in a little earlier when our plans changed. Maintenance tech that was finishing up (since they allowed us in early) was super friendly. The property was exactly what we expected. I highly recommend this property for large groups. Amenities allowed us to have a large Thanksgiving Dinner together. Large house (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) and Four individual two-bedroom apartments! We will definitely be back!
