I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! The instructions that Stuart sent made locating and checking into the Airbnb seamless, the Airbnb was so cute, clean & organized, and it was directly across the street from the walkout to the beach. The outdoor showers were perfect for my family & I, too (my little one couldn’t get enough of the “little shower” just for her). It was in a perfect location near everything – everywhere we wanted to go in the area was within a mile radius (while still quiet enough to enjoy). We will definitely be back next time we are in Florida!

we had the most wonderful experience. the apartment was absolutely charming tastefully decorated and created a cozy and inviting atmosphere the space was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. one of the best highlights was the proximity to the beach, it was just a short walk away allowing me to easily spend my days lounging on the sand and swimming in the crystal clear waters. overall the combination of charming accommodations, convenient location made it a truly memorable stay and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Beach getaway.p

Our family/friends of 8 had a fantastic time! Home was well equipped and very spacious. Was a little too chilly for the pool but it was nice to look at. Our last day a manatee came to visit in the canal! We had a little issue with trash removal but host was quick with responses to come up with a solution! We will 100% stay again if we ever come back to stay in the Cocoa area!!

From the time my family of 3 drove up to
400 South – Unit B in Cocoa Beach we knew it was EXACTLY what we desired. Once inside the unit we saw the pictures matched the actual unit, the spacious bedrooms, beautiful swimming pool, and great kitchen and living space – this would now be our new place for family vacations. Truly the description doesn’t give it enough value. We walked to the beach every day and night, and we were SO close to restaurants and places to go during our vacation. It’s truly a safe place where families and vacationers are all welcomed. Let me talk about “Stuart the host” who is truly an amazing person and business man. We had questions during our stay and he was always responsive, caring, genuine and a man of his word. This was our 18 year old sons senior vacation trip and it could not have been any better because Sturat did such a great job with the unit it allowed us to focus on FAMILY. Truly the best experience we’ve ever had.
