The walk to the beach from this unit is so short that one guest joked they could throw a rock from the property to the beach entrance. Inside, you'll find a surprisingly updated and tastefully decorated space that consistently exceeds expectations set by the dated exterior of the complex. Guests love the full kitchen with new appliances, comfortable beds, thoughtful beach gear to borrow, and responsive hosts who make the experience seamless. The complex itself shows its age and could use some exterior maintenance, but the unit's cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable proximity to uncrowded Cocoa Beach keeps guests coming back.
