The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large pool and tiki bar perfect for entertaining, as well as kayaks and paddle boards to explore the beautiful waterways. Our private fishing dock is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch. The pool is perfect to relax by after a long day of sightseeing or playing on the beach.

My family of 7 had an amazing stay at this lovely home! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Close to the beach, private pool, deck overlooking the bay, only an hour drive to Universal and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and had more than most of the other places I have stayed. The beds were super comfortable! That’s alone is huge for me. It’s was our first time visiting Coca Beach and it did not disappoint. My family and I hope to come back soon.
