Our stunning waterfront home boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large pool and tiki bar perfect for entertaining, as well as kayaks and paddle boards to explore the beautiful waterways. Our private fishing dock is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch. The pool is perfect to relax by after a long day of sightseeing or playing on the beach.

Overall we had a great time at Jamaica Drive
Overall we had a great time at Jamaica Drive, there were lots of amenities, good furniture and plenty of space for the family. We loved the pool and the outside space- the deck on the canal is lovely to sit and relax with a drink, we spotted Manatees and Dolphins from here with the children. The Kayaks were great although they have changed from the photographs so we were expecting a 2 seater but it is 2 single ones instead now.
There is a brand new huge fridge freezer there and all the kitchen elements you could need for a holiday and we were easily able to cook our own meals when we wanted to. The AC works brilliantly and was a great escape from the heatwave!
The minor negative we found is that the property is looking quite tired from the pictures online- a lot of the bushes in the garden are a little overgrown now which restricted some space around the pool and decking area. I think an update on the photos would lead to a more accurate appearance of the property.

Great location with everything you need! We didn’t even have to go anywhere else to have the full vacation experience! We enjoyed kayaking and seeing the bioluminescence. The pool was a must in the August heat! And we were able to watch a launch right from the backyard. The landscaping provided a private oasis and lots of wildlife to observe. It appealed to everyone in the family and kept us entertained. It was the full package!

My family of 7 had an amazing stay at this lovely home! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Close to the beach, private pool, deck overlooking the bay, only an hour drive to Universal and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and had more than most of the other places I have stayed. The beds were super comfortable! That’s alone is huge for me. It’s was our first time visiting Coca Beach and it did not disappoint. My family and I hope to come back soon.
