There’s a restaurant within the condo grounds and the place is quiet and pleasant.
Negative:
The card hold for the incidental damages seems exaggerated: $600. It was even more than the price of the rental itself, and we ended up paying an optional fixed amount to avoid the hold, but it added to the total price. Those charges are not explicit in any place in the rental policy or fees description.
There was a suffocating smell of chlorine all over the apartment, we had to open the doors and windows to ventilate the place.
