Cape Crossing is a waterfront “Old-Florida Keys” style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida where vacationers and corporate travelers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home.

Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!

Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Guest will have access to the Clubhouse, pool and Marina.

Living space
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with light and frame the water beyond. Settle into the sectional sofa to unwind after a day of exploring, or gather around the large dining table and the additional eat-in kitchen space for meals together. A queen sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping flexibility for larger groups.

Sleeping arrangements
The split floor plan spreads three bedrooms across the unit for added privacy. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, and the third offers a queen-size bed, with the queen sleeper sofa available as a fourth sleeping option – comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you’ll need. Wine glasses are on hand for evenings in, and the dining table seats the whole group.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms serve the home, each stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hot water, with a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day on the water.

Resort & location
Cape Crossing Resort and Marina sits on Merritt Island between the Indian River and the Banana River, along the Canaveral Barge Canal, with access to the intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, and the Atlantic Ocean. You’re within reach of Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando International Airport. On-site, take advantage of the pool, sauna, and gym, or relax on the patio or balcony with the included outdoor furniture. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, and an elevator serves the building for easy access. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, and self check-in via smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.
