The spacious, modern unit earns praise for being impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels, while the location delivers easy access to Kennedy Space Center (15 minutes), Port Canaveral, and local beaches. A few guests mention the queen mattresses can be noisy when shifting, and road noise from the nearby highway is audible to some, but the serene water views and responsive management keep visitors returning year after year.

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out
This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The balcony was the best part to see the canal, boats, and if you’re lucky manatees and dolphins. The sunrise and sunset here were stunning. The location was perfect for our trip. About 15 mins away from several bioluminescent tours, which is the reason for our trip. The interior design was beautiful. The house has basic amenities included like soup, body wash, shampoo, dishes, dishwasher, lots of towels, etc. It was a pleasure staying here. The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay in more because we loved the place so much, but we were out and about and on tours most of the time. The place and location were all great. The host was helpful and very communicative. My only complaint would have to be the WiFi was a bit slow, and unreliable, and the balcony door was hard to close, it is sagging / out of alignment, so you have to really pull it to close it shut. Overall I give the place 5 Stars, and highly recommend this stay.
