Great location, and convenient to so many of the area attractions. Watching manatees and rowers from the balcony was a bonus. Convenient access with the door code.
Negative:
The beds (at least two of the three) were moderately uncomfortable, and squeky (almost like a whoopy cushion). The floors appear to have not been mopped between stays. They were not visibly dirty, but felt sandy.

Amazing! Convenient to cruise terminals. Coming off a week long cruise, the condo was exactly what we needed to wrap up our vacation before traveling home. Very nice and clean as well as beautifully decorated!

Upon entry to the building it smelled fresh and clean. Apartment was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 8. Well appointed. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Could stay long term without bringing anything other than food.
