With a secured entrance and security cameras ensuring peace of mind, you’ll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.

The open-concept layout makes an immediate impression – sleek tile flooring, oversized windows that frame the river and surrounding nature, and a spacious living area centered around a smart TV. A dedicated workspace keeps remote workers covered, and the patio or balcony is the ideal spot to settle in for a sunset or catch a rocket launch in real time. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep the interior cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
The king suite is the anchor of the sleeping quarters, complete with a walk-in closet and a private ensuite. Two additional queen bedrooms each offer plush bedding with access to their own full bathrooms – every guest has their own space to retreat to. A queen trifold in the living room provides a flexible option for larger groups, bringing total capacity to 10 guests across 4 beds and 3.5 baths.

Kitchen & dining
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full dinner spread. Granite countertops, a full suite of appliances – refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave – and thoughtful extras like a blender, hot water kettle, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a coffee maker mean you’ll have everything you need without a single trip to the store. The dining table seats the group comfortably for meals in.

Bathrooms
Three and a half bathrooms serve the condo, including ensuite access from the king suite. Each is stocked with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products, with hot water and plenty of towels provided. A bathtub is also available for a longer soak after a day of exploring.

Resort amenities
Step outside the condo and into a resort-style community surrounded by nature. The pool is set against a backdrop of Florida wildlife and features built-in speakers for ambient music. A hot tub, sauna, fire pit, gym, and outdoor furniture round out the amenity offering – whether you want to unwind or stay active, it’s all on site. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
