This was a last minute booking for us due to a last minute cancellation. We really lucked out as this place is AMAZING! The place itself is incredibly nice with great amenities. It its beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The balcony overlooks the waterway and the marina which provided a great place to relax and watch a Canadian canoe team practice each day. It is quiet and away from all the “spring breakers” but super easy access to the highway to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Thee host is super responsive and provided detailed information for check in, info about the place and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a 3 bed condo for 7 nights. It was a gorgeous condo with everything you could possibly want. There was a fitness centre and heated pool that could be used and wasn't too busy at all. We ate at the Dolphin Restaurant onsite which provides a wide range of food and drinks. I would suggest trying the Mermaid Water as it was delicious. If you like water sports there are boats etc to rent on site. The property is situated just off the 528 toll road from the airport which was great. I haven't stayed on the east coast before but would definitely recommend it. It is only an hour from all the theme parks and shopping in Orlando and only 10-15 mins from the beach. Perfect!
Negative:
The only thing that could be improved was slightly more crockery. It was a 3 bed condo and there was 6 of everything e.g. cups, plates. I had to put the dishwasher on when not full ………. not a problem but wastes water.
