Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance or a short drive. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

We had a great stay, everything we needed was provided
We had a great stay, everything we needed was provided. There was excellent communication. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like “private pier” is a little misleading when it’s shared with their other rental units also, I just wished they were more clear about that. I do think the pictures were a little nicer than the actual place, but it wasn’t crazy different, so we weren’t unhappy with it and it was a good price.

Fantastic rental in South Cocoa Beach! super clean and private as well as close to Down Town and all of the beach access spots! I even got to see a great view of the Vulcan Launch from NASA from the end of the drive!

We really enjoyed our time here. The space was perfect for what we needed (a place to work remotely from while still getting in “vacation” time). Everything we needed as far as linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
