Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance or a short drive. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

We really enjoyed our time here
We really enjoyed our time here. The space was perfect for what we needed (a place to work remotely from while still getting in “vacation” time). Everything we needed as far as linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
Host was immediately responsive anytime we had a question and instructions were super clear. The view of the lake is stunning!!! And we enjoyed many walks on the beach which is just across the street. Walkability around the neighborhood is a little tough since the location is set back from a major road (A1A) so a car or bike is necessary we felt to get to shops and whatnot. Overall, highly recommend! We will certainly be back

I could not have picked out a better spot for Christmas in Cocoa Beach for my family! The view from the back door was more than I expected. Right on the Banana River. And then, just a quick walk across the street to the Atlantic! We will definitely book again! Thank you for the amazing memories!

Quick trip to Cocoa Beach to check out the town, restaurants and beach. Our unit was just as described and very comfortable. Our host had a list of favorite restaurants and we loved Heidi’s where we had dinner and heard live jazz music. Our other favorite was Cafe Surfinista. Such an awesome, eclectic place to hang out or even catch a game of table tennis.
