This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town!

The first bedroom features two twin bed perfect for visitors of any size and age.

The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size mattress and extended bed frame to upgrade your tropical paradise experience.

This rental was a good value for the price and location
This rental was a good value for the price and location. It is definitely an older unit but you can tell they try to keep it up. This unit does not have a dishwasher nor does it have hot pads for the kitchen so be cautious when using the stove to cook. Also the room with the two twin beds does not have an a/c unit and the mini split in the living room is either set to 76 or max a/c of 61 degrees.

It was exactly as described. Perfect for a beach vacation, close to beach and restaurants! It was clean and ready. It served its purpose for us, we spend most of our time on the beach and exploring! The stairs are a little steep which was fine for us but might not be for everyone. We would rent it again!
