Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Inside, you’ll find a boho chic, colorful, and simple design that feels relaxed rather than fussy – the kind of look that’s evolved naturally over three generations of the same Cocoa Beach family owning and updating this apartment and complex. After a day at the beach, kick off your flip-flops, rinse off in the tub/shower combo, and settle onto the sofa to stream a movie on the flat-screen TV. A private entrance keeps your comings and goings simple, and a dedicated workspace is on hand if you need to check in on work between beach sessions.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom sleeps up to 4 guests with room-darkening shades for restful mornings after long beach days, plus extra pillows and blankets, fresh bed linens, and ample clothing storage to settle in properly.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your beach-day catch or a simple breakfast before heading out – complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need. Prefer to dine out? Cocoa Beach has plenty of restaurant options within a mile.

Bathroom
The bathroom keeps things simple and comfortable, with a tub/shower combo, hot water, and all the essentials – shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer included.

Location
You’re just one block from the waves, with the Cocoa Beach Pier less than a mile away for an evening stroll or a bite with a view. Feeling more adventurous? Kennedy Space Center is nearby for an out-of-this-galaxy afternoon. Back at the apartment, unwind on the private patio with the included outdoor furniture and beach essentials – towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are all here waiting for you, alongside a shared backyard space. Free on-site and street parking, self check-in with a keypad, and laundry access make the logistics easy, so all that’s really left to plan is how much time you’ll spend by the water.

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.
