Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

Then stretch out on the sofa for a nap and/or a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
For dinner, saute some fresh fish in your fully equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, and microwave. Or check out one of the great restaurants in Cocoa Beach—there are many delicious options within a mile.

We will definitely be back to visit this place. The unit was so perfect for us and it felt like we were beach front. It’s literally steps away from the over walk. We really enjoyed the patio at night and for morning coffee. Our host was so helpful and even ordered us a new keurig when we realized there wasn’t one there, within a couple hours of messaging her. Such a great little getaway!
