We had a wonderful week at the beachside apt! Fantastic location…you literally walk across the street for beach access and it’s really close to the pier. All the amenities were nice touches and the beach umbrella really came in handy if you don’t want rent at the beach for $40/day. Publix being right around the corner was also a great setup. We went there almost every day to grab something or another. Several great restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive! The bed was a memory foam and very comfortable/supportive, which is always the first thing I check. Couldn’t ask for a better setup for a relaxing week and perfect size for couples.

Great location – one block from the beach, several blocks from the Cocoa Beach Pier, and within short walking distance of great restaurants and the Publix grocery store. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

We loved staying here

We loved staying here. Everything we need and close to the beach. Had some beach chairs for our use and other beach goer things. Small downside, we did hear people walking around in the unit above – the sound carries through the floor a little too much.
