Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.

Step outside and you’re already one block from the Atlantic – flip-flops on, sand calling, salt air drifting in. This one-bedroom Cocoa Beach apartment keeps things simple: a short walk to the water, a comfortable place to land in between, and easy access to the rest of the beach town around you.

Living space
Inside, the mood is playful and beach-bright. A mural inspired by the classic surf film “The Endless Summer” sets the tone in the living area, paired with colorful art and vintage fabric patterns throughout. Settle into the sofa – which unfolds into a bed for additional guests – and turn on the TV, with A/C and heating keeping things comfortable no matter the weather outside. A dedicated workspace is tucked into the apartment if you need to check in on work before heading back out to the beach.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a queen-size bed, while the living room sofa unfolds to sleep extra guests, for a total of 4. Bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with hangers and storage space for your clothing.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a stove, an electric range, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are on hand, along with a coffee maker, coffee, and a toaster for easy mornings. A bistro table for two gives you a spot to plan the day over breakfast.

Bathroom
The full bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products, shampoo, and body soap to keep you stocked throughout your stay.

Outdoor & extras
Outside, a covered patio is tucked into tropical landscaping, furnished for relaxing or eating al fresco, with a backyard and a BBQ grill nearby. Beach essentials – towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – are provided, so you can head straight for the water. Free parking is available on the premises, with free street parking nearby, and self check-in with a keypad means no coordinating arrival times.

Location
You’re one minute from the beach on foot, with restaurants, the Pier, and Ron Jon’s all within easy walking distance. Disney and Universal Studios are about an hour’s drive away if you want a day inland. A laundromat is also nearby for longer stays. This apartment and complex have been owned and run by the same Cocoa Beach family for three generations – longtime locals sharing their favorite stretch of Florida coastline with every guest who stays.

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)

Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.
