Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we provide 2 queen and 1 king beds that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation
We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation. Everything was very clean, close to the beach and center of Cocoa Beach. A 10-minute walk away we were at several restaurants and bars. Only downside was that there were no bath towels and that the 2 queen size beds are quite small. Which makes this stay for us was rather for 4 people if you want to sleep comfortably as an adult.
