The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

Step outside and the Atlantic is right there, close enough that you can feel the salt in the air before you’ve even unpacked. This studio at The Juni puts you in the middle of Cocoa Beach’s easy, sun-soaked rhythm, where flip-flops are standard footwear and the days move at whatever pace you choose.

Sleeping arrangements
The studio holds two queen beds, giving you room to stretch out after a day in the sun. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all included, so settling in is simple whether you’re here to crash early after surfing or sleep in before a beach day.

Living space
The design-forward layout keeps things comfortable without feeling cramped. You’ll find a TV for evening downtime, a dedicated workspace if you need to check in on emails, and air conditioning and heating to keep the space comfortable no matter the forecast. A private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.

Kitchen & dining
A kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware means you can put together simple meals or morning coffee without needing to head out. When you’re ready to explore, Cocoa Beach’s restaurants, cafes, and beach bars are all within walking distance, from casual seafood spots to laid-back spots for a sunset drink.

Bathroom
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, and hot water, everything you need after a salty swim or a long walk on the sand.

Outdoor space
Outside, you’ve got a patio or balcony, a backyard, and a BBQ grill for anyone who wants to cook out. Beach essentials, including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided, so you can head down to the water without extra packing. There’s also access to an on-site pool for days when you’d rather stay close to home base, and beach access itself right around the corner.

Location
The Juni sits in the heart of Cocoa Beach, close to the sand and within easy reach of the area’s surf breaks. Beyond the beach itself, Canaveral National Seashore is nearby for those who want a quieter, more scenic side of the coastline, with trails and wildlife worth the short trip. The Banana River is close by too, popular for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing in calmer water than the open Atlantic. If you’re craving a change of pace, Orlando’s theme parks are a manageable drive away, letting you combine beach time with a day of rides and attractions.

Good to know
This is a single-level home with no stairs, free parking on premises plus free street parking, and a smart lock for self check-in. Pets allowed (assistance animals are always allowed), and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. A pack ‘n play and high chair are on hand for families traveling with little ones. Wifi and essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper are included throughout your stay.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.
