The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

The Juni’s Playalinda unit is a compact, comfortable home base built for making the most of a beach getaway.

Living space
The studio layout is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a thoughtfully designed kitchenette tucked into the open floor plan. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, and room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a late night by the water. A dedicated workspace is available if you need to check in on work between beach sessions, and the whole unit sits on a single level with no stairs to navigate.

Sleeping arrangements
Two queen beds sleep up to 4 guests, with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets provided. A pack ‘n play and high chair are on hand for guests traveling with little ones, and clothing storage plus hangers help you settle in for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchenette gives you space to prepare your own meals, stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee to start your mornings right.

Bathroom
The single bathroom comes with hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, so you can travel light.

Outdoor & shared amenities
Step outside to a backyard and BBQ grill, perfect for an evening cookout, or head to the shared pool and patio area to soak up the Florida sun. Beach essentials – including beach towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear – are provided, making it easy to head straight to the sand. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock mean you can settle in on your own schedule.
