With a secured entrance and security cameras ensuring peace of mind, you’ll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.

River Fly-In brings together a pair of neighboring 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units on the waterfront in Merritt Island – rented together to create a rare 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat for up to 10 guests. Step onto either private balcony and you’re looking out over the Banana River and the runway at Merritt Island Airport – a view that delivers everything from plane spotting to rocket launches right from your own outdoor space.

Living space
Each unit has its own fully furnished living room with ample seating and a large TV, so your group can spread out, split up, or come together however you like. Two dining areas give everyone a seat at the table, and the layout flows naturally between both units – making this a genuinely flexible setup for families, friend groups, or traveling colleagues. Room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, and individually controlled air conditioning and heating keep both spaces comfortable day and night. A dedicated workspace is available in each unit, and the entire property has fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout.

Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms are split evenly across the two units – two bedrooms per condo – with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 floor mattresses accommodating up to 10 guests in total. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are provided, along with clothing storage in each room. Each unit also has its own pack ‘n play/travel crib and high chair available for families traveling with young children.

Kitchen and dining
Both kitchens are fully stocked and ready for group cooking. Each comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and silverware. You’ll also find cooking basics, a coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and hot water kettle – everything you need whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a full dinner for the whole group. Dining tables in both units make it easy to gather and eat together.

Bathrooms
All four bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and fresh towels – so both units are equally well-appointed for a comfortable stay.

In-unit laundry and extras
Each condo has its own in-unit washer and dryer, keeping things practical for longer stays or work trips. A first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide alarm are in place across both units. Smart lock self check-in makes arrival smooth, and the building is elevator-accessible.

Building amenities
The property sits within a 30-acre waterfront setting with resort-style amenities. Relax at the swimming pool, unwind in the hot tub or sauna, or gather around the fire pit. The clubhouse includes a theater with an 86-inch TV and surround sound with heated seating, while the indoor gym overlooks the pool and surrounding nature. A spa is available by appointment. The grounds include a protected wetlands preserve where rare bird species – including Reddish Egrets, Bald Eagles, Roseate Spoonbills, and Brown Pelicans – can be spotted throughout the year. An elevated boardwalk observation deck is planned for the property. EV charging stations are available on-site, and the building features secured entry with outdoor security cameras.

Two private parking spots are included with the booking, plus plenty of overflow parking is available on-site. Free street parking is also accessible nearby.
