Including a secured entrance and security cameras for ensuring peace of mind, you’ll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.

Whether you’re here for rocket launches, a family reunion, a group fishing trip, or a Port Canaveral cruise departure, this setup was built for people who want space, privacy, and a proper base camp.
 
Living spaces
Each condo has its own living room, giving your group room to spread out, decompress separately, or come together. Both units are outfitted with TVs, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and private balconies with garden views. Soundproof construction keeps things quiet despite proximity to the airport – a detail pilots in the group will appreciate. Each unit has its own dedicated workspace, ideal for any remote workers or business travelers in the mix.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The four bedrooms across the two units sleep up to 10 guests total. The master suites each feature a king bed with an en suite bathroom, while the second bedrooms each have a queen bed with easy bathroom access. Two floor mattresses round out the sleeping capacity for the full group. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are provided in both units.
 
Kitchens & dining
Two fully stocked, separate kitchens mean no bottleneck at mealtime. Each is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Dining tables in each unit make it easy to gather and eat together. Coffee is provided.
 
Bathrooms
Each of the four bathrooms is supplied with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water. Bathtubs are available, and towels and toilet paper are stocked and ready.
 
Laundry & practical details
In-unit washer and dryer in both condos – no shared laundry rooms, no waiting. Fast Wi-Fi runs throughout both units. The property includes two private parking spots with plenty of overflow parking available, an elevator, smart lock self check-in, and EV charging on premises. A Pack ‘n play/travel crib and high chair are available for families with little ones. Iron, hangers, clothing storage, and a first aid kit round out the practical essentials.
 
Building amenities
Step outside your door and the property opens up considerably. A swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor fire pit give you multiple ways to unwind. The 30-acre grounds include a wetlands preserve perfect for an evening walk, and the outdoor furniture and backyard space give your group room to breathe. A BBQ grill is on site for cookouts. The building features a secured entrance, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher throughout.
