Pool and Pool Service
• Pool service professionals access the backyard approximately twice per week to clean and maintain the swimming pool. Service dates and times may vary due to weather, holidays, or scheduling needs.
• There is no safety gate surrounding the pool. Children and guests who cannot swim must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the backyard or near the pool.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property to help monitor the home while it is vacant. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Mailbox access is not available for guests.
• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, this is a strictly pet-free property.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

Nature lovers can also explore nearby parks, boardwalks, wildlife viewing areas, and the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge region.

Public transportation is limited, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex does not offer direct public transportation, so guests planning to visit should drive or arrange private transportation. Parking instructions for the property will be available in the Guest Portal before arrival.
