We enjoyed our stay here a lot
We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The house is spacious and well maintained and very cozy. We chose this location because it’s close to everything we wanted from our visit to Florida this time – the beach is a short 5 minute walk, Kennedy Space Center is 25 minutes drive and just 1 hour drive to Orlando and the parks. And we even saw 2 rocket launches right from the porch. Great area overall. Many cool restaurants by the water. Stephen is a great host, he gave us clear instructions on check in and check out as well as recommendations on our stay. He responded to messages very quickly. I think this place is 100% worth it and would definitely come back.
Was a great deal for the price and close to the beach
Was a great deal for the price and close to the beach. Plenty of local activities and restaurants. My kids loved seeing the peacocks around the neighborhood. The peacocks are very loud in the evenings but didn’t bother us too much since the sound of the box fan helped. We really enjoyed having the box fan. We aren’t used to the heat here in FL so having extra fans around the house was a big help. We loved the big shower in the master bedroom and the convenience of the laundry room in the downstairs bathroom. We also like having the outside shower for when we came back from the beach. I did notice that there was no first aid kit. I hit my toe on the table and it bled and we couldn’t find any band aids. So having a small first aid kid would’ve been very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area and would love to book again.
