• Lease Agreement Required: All guests must complete a lease agreement as part of the reservation process.
• Two-Story Townhome: Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests must use stairs to access the bedrooms.
• Shared Community Amenities: The swimming pools, hot tub, beach access, tennis courts, racquetball courts, fitness center, and clubhouse are shared with other residents and guests of the community.
• Gated Community: Guests must follow all community rules and regulations during their stay.
• Parking is available within the community. Guests must follow all designated parking rules and restrictions.
• Mailbox access is not available for guests.
• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY.
• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.
