The area offers beautiful beaches, excellent local restaurants, and easy access to Port Canaveral where you will find waterfront dining, cruise ships, fishing charters, and sunset views. You are also within a short drive of Cocoa Beach, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and the Kennedy Space Center where you can often watch rocket launches from nearby beaches.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

The interior is bright and relaxed, with room to spread out after a day outside. Ceiling fans keep things comfortable alongside full air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to handle anything that can’t wait. A Smart TV is set up in the living area, and free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected throughout the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 4 guests across three beds – two queens and a twin. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers are all provided, so you can settle in without unpacking much thought.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking – refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware are all on hand. Cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper) and barbecue utensils come with the BBQ grill out back, so dinner options range from quick and easy to a proper backyard cookout.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and hot water. Towels and toilet paper are provided.

Outdoor and backyard
The private fenced porch and backyard give you an outdoor space that actually feels like your own – outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a grassy yard to enjoy. Beach essentials including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are available for guests. A shaded path leads directly from the community to the beach, making access simple and scenic.

Community amenities
Ocean Woods residents and guests enjoy access to two communal heated pools – one adult-only – along with a hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball, and shuffleboard. Whether you want a quiet morning swim or an active afternoon on the courts, it’s all on-site.

Location
Cape Canaveral puts you in a genuinely unique corner of Florida. The beach is a short walk through the community’s shaded path. Port Canaveral – one of the busiest cruise ports in the world – is just minutes away. And if a rocket launch is on the schedule, you’re positioned as well as it gets for a front-row view. Kennedy Space Center is also close by for a full day of exploration.

Practical details
Self check-in via smart lock. Free parking on premises and on the street. Washer and dryer in-unit. Iron and clothing storage provided. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on-site. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Most guests find it easiest to get around by car. The home offers driveway parking and provides quick access to A1A and other main roads connecting Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. Ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many local restaurants, beaches, and Port Canaveral attractions are just a short drive away. For those who enjoy biking, the surrounding beach communities are also very bike friendly.
