The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. You’ll also find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a coffee maker with coffee provided, so you can put together everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in.

The bathroom comes stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and hot water, plus cleaning products on hand for quick tidying during your stay.

Beach access is only about 500 feet away, and beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear are provided so you can head out the door ready to go. Back at the condo, outdoor furniture is set up for relaxing, and guests can also use the communal pool to cool off. A private entrance leads straight into the unit, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street nearby. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center are a short drive away, making this a convenient base for exploring the Space Coast.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock, so arrival is flexible and straightforward. The condo includes a dedicated workspace, wifi, air conditioning and heating, and essentials like a washer and dryer onsite. Pets are welcome, and assistance animals are always allowed. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also accommodated for guests who want to settle in a little longer.
